We’ve had Darien handling our HVAC system maintenance for the past several years. We could not be more satisfied and fortunate to have a technician with his skill set, knowledge, and honesty when it comes to service calls at our residence. Not only is he an asset to Norris Air but to ECC as well.

Dan was my technician and I felt he was very trustworthy. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My drain line was clogged. He not only cleared the line, he added a t pipe so that it would drain even better. Very happy with the result.

I appreciate the honest, good work done by Norris. They offer great deals and timely inspections! Keep up the great work!

Installed Air Cleaner to our system. They did great and always do. They make suggestions to help your system but never pressure you into buying.

Dan is always professional and courteous...goes over everything in terms that we understand. He never tries to "up-sell" us anything. If we need somethng he will tell us...we truly appreciate his honesty!

A/C Heat unit suddenly stopped working. Called Norris Air to send out a technician to investigate. He checked one or two things and said it’s an older unit that they couldn’t get parts for and gave me a quote for over $10,000 to replace it And charged me $99 for the visit. Luckily I got a second opinion. He changed a 3 amp fuse and it fired right up. 10 cents instead of $10 thousand dollars.

Very disappointed in the service from this company. The heat kit was not working on our HVAC unit. A technician from Norris Air came to take a look. After a brief diagnosis, he stated that he would be unable to get parts for our 16-year old unit, and that we would need to fully replace the unit at a cost of $7,400 (their quote). It seemed as if he had little interest in fixing the existing unit, and just wanted to sell me a new one. A few days later, I had another company look at the unit. The technician drove to his supplier and came back with a new heat kit in 20 minutes. He fully fixed our heat kit in less than two hours and charged me $400.
