Your HVAC Technician Darien Lujan was very helpful as usual. He explained things well, especially the installation of a ecobee thermostat.

My comments about Norris Air are all positive! I learned in the past the hard way that not all Air Conditioning & Heating Contractors know the needs of a mobile home. Norris Air is a wonderful team of great people with amazing work ethic and integrity. I have a mobile home and have been so happy with my unit. This company has certified workers that know what they are doing. My service technician clearly went over my options and helped me get the most for my money. Since I really didn't have money Norris Air, helped me get a lone.
I was guided all the way. Give them a call and have them come out. You won't regret it. The Norris Air guys installing the unit were very respectful and worked very efficiently. My technician, Darien actually gave me insights and training on how I could make my unit last longer and perform better and it is working.

They have always provided top notch work and are very dependable. We had just got back from our cabin up north. Walked in the house and it was 100 degrees. I had used Norris Air before, so I called they very politely told me it would be around an hour before the would be here. So around five minutes early a nice young man named Angel showed up. He immediately started checking the unit, within 15 minutes he told me what was bad. He also instructed me on how to put the filter in. It made so much sense when explained it. He replaced the two items that were bad, and fixed some wires. He then told us the unit is 13 years old, and asked if we would like a quote for a new unit for some time down the road. His replacement of the parts fixed the unit. When you’re thinking $8,000.00 dollars, $700.00 isn’t bad. Very polite and nice young man. Kudos to Norris for hiring Angel. Rick and Sonja Denney.
