What a great company! I highly recommend this company to my friends and family. I have had many big AC companies service my units in the past but none took the time to explain everything and gave me a price that was almost half what the other company quoted. They really are the best!

My service tech was Brandon."Hand down the best service I have ever received" Brandon came on short notice after trying several different ac companies none of which returned any of my call. Brandon answered on the very first call and he was their in under an hour. If are ever prompted to contact HUGOS AC call this company instead.

We could not be happier with the service we received. We had our AC unit replaced for half the cost of what others quoted. I would absolutely recommend this company. They were ontime, clean, and professional. They are licensed, bonded and insured, I checked their license at the ROC website. No upselling or unexpected costs, the quote was the final price. I would leave 6 stars if I could!

A+ Air and Aeroseal came out to fix my a.c. unit. They came out within 1 hour and had my a.c. unit running within in an hour. They understood my situation and got my unit running at a great price. This is a great family owned business where they treat you like you're part of the family.

Had Brandon out at our home when our air conditioner stopped working. Brandon inspected our air conditioner system after we had another contractor tell us our AC unit needed to be replaced. He spent 20 minutes in the attic and found out that the main duct came off and we were cooling the attic. He reattached it free of charge and asked me if I wanted to sign up for service. Of course! This company is awesome and I will tell all my friends about it. Thank you Brandon.

Air conditioning is certainly something we can't take lightly here in Phoenix, since we rely on it so heavily throughout the summer. Also, it is something that the average homeowner cannot handle themselves in a DIY type of capacity like putting in a new toilet or changing a ceiling fan. I recently replaced my air handler and condenser and received many quotes prior to selecting a company. Every single company, except for A + Air quoted me far more than I could even believe and it was clear that they knew they could do so because of the nature of this type of job and that I couldn't do it myself. Thankfully, I did indeed find Brandon and A Plus Air as they really did a fantastic job and at a price that I thought was very fair. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them, and in fact have already to a neighbor, to anyone looking for a company who cares about their customers more than their wallets. Thanks guys!
