An absolutely wonderful group to service your air conditioner. Robert was very personable and a pleasure to work with while servicing our unit thoroughly. Robert replaced our compressor included in their 5 year maintenance plan where they’ll come out twice a year at no additional cost! Our air had started to run warm and Robert from Gilbert Air came out less than 2 hours after I called. He was so kind and professional. He explained everything in terms I understood. He even explained how a previous person with a different company had incorrectly installed a part and wrote down what he was seeing so I could attempt to contact the company for them to fix their mistake. He also explained that we would likely be looking at replacing our unit sooner than later but did not push any replacement on us. He fixed the parts that were bad and the air is working so much better now. It was a great experience and I will recommend Gilbert air to everyone I know. Thank you so much Robert. Everything you did yesterday meant more than you know.

Thank you Gilbert Air for coming on such short notice. My AC stopped working on a Sunday and I needed someone to come out ASAP to take a look. My home warranty assigned two contractors neither of which were able to come right away. Since it was getting really hot, I was desperate even when if I had to pay out of pocket to have it serviced. Gilbert air was the only place that had availability and Robert came out in less than an hour from when I called. He was very courteous and professional and explained everything I needed to get my house cool again. Needless to say I had both of my units looked at and he was able to recommend what was needed. Gilbert Air exceeded my expectations! They got me scheduled quickly for service on my non working AC during the shutdown. Their repairman was courteous and wore all the necessary safety gear. Repairs were completed that day! After my two week war of trying to get my home warranty and their chosen repair service to repair my AC during the heat wave; it was much appreciated! The people who own and work at Gilbert Air make this place great. The office staff and technicians are knowledgeable and very, very nice! Maintenance plans are super reasonably priced and totally worth the peace of mind. Would never consider doing business with anyone else. Gilbert Air is a trustworthy business and they set a very high standard.

I was amazed at the timeliness of the technician that came out to my home. He was early which was a blessing considering the 116 degree temperature outside and 97 inside. He and diagnosed my problem in less than 20 minutes. He had to go to the supply store to get my particular motor and said he would be back in 40 minutes. He was within 15 minute of his return I feel this coolness come over my body. I first spoke to Lynn within minutes I had a text messaged asking for my address and like that my appointment was set. Gilbert Air has quality customer service and technicians who far exceeded my expectations. Their price was very fair according to my google search. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am not much into writing reviews unless I feel a company is well deserving of it.
I have had several other AC companies come out to service my AC unit in the past but, none of them have really treated me fair Most companies go for top buck.
Gilbert Air was very professional, courteous and most of all very fair with their pricing. They also have good strong knowledge when it comes to AC. I and my other family member will always have Gilbert Air do our work.
I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

I have had the best experience with Gilbert Air from the moment I bought my new A/C unit in 2013. A couple weekends ago my A/C unit stopped working and I called Gilbert Air early Saturday morning.
