Since the call to ask for service, and an appointment, Sally was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me troubleshoot some things to see if we could get the air fixed without having a tech come out. The ac did not respond so she sent out a tech late at night. Robert came out and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was careful to check the problem and ascertain what was failing. He is very personable and friendly as well as having the ability not to miss anything that might be causing a failure in the ac.

Heather took the call and was very polite and informative. She generated a service call for Robert to take an after hours call. Robert was prompt and polite. Once he identified it wasn’t an HVAC issue, he noted it was an attic fan that was failing and making loud noise. He addressed it and gave me pricing for replacement. The Air Care Cooling/Heating Team are great to work with . I highly recommend them for honest, professional and reasonably priced service needs.

The AC went out and we didn't notice until 6 at night on a Saturday. Called around to at least 8 different companies, but no one was able to come out the same night until Air Care. These guys are phenomenal beginning when Sally picked up the phone. She was very thorough in getting information about the issue and address. Our technician Robert showed up faster than planned and got straight to work asking questions and verifying every detail. When he tested the capacitor, he found that it was not dead, but was out of spec. He said that it was not causing the issue, but could become one in the future. He was here, so why not have him replace it instaed of creating another call. This honesty is non-existent in most other companies. Robert found the issue quickly and verified everything he possibly could and got us up and running very fast. I have finally found my new go-to AC company (as long as Robert is our tech! 😁)!

Robert came to do the seasonal maintenance that is included with our membership.
We asked him about a noise we had been hearing for quite some time, that sounded like water dripping in the attic, without anyone else being able to figure out what it was.
We are grateful for both his experience and his diligence. He ran the necessary tests to confirm what he thought might be causing the current noise, as well as having caused previous problems we had encountered since our install a few years ago. Then he got us a quote for the repair that needs to be done and negotiated a discount for us because what needs to be done now could have been offered as an optional part of the new system installation.
He also explained the financing options available to pay for it before he left.

My appointment today was for a basic cleaning on the A/C system. Robert was very thorough and professional. He explained what he found, what the system needs & an estimate for cost. I am very happy with today's service and will definitely consider Air Care Cooling/Heating & Plumbing for future maintenance.

Shout out to Robert G. Certified Technician….was kind and courteous presented himself in a professional manner. He inspected our unit and informed us and educated myself and wife his findings. Two areas were of concern due to usage was a 2 pole contractor and a Start Assist 1thru 3 ton. We agreed to his recommendation and he completed the installation in a timely manner. I would recommend Air Care for your home air and heating needs.
