Initially made a service call appointment, unsure if the condensate line needed draining. Victor determined it was a completely different issue, got his manager on the phone and he referred Eco Dry Restoration for water mitigation.
This was very much appreciated and I requested a Hvac Inspection at this point while Victor was here. He took the time to explain what parts of the system will need replacing in the near future along with photos and quotes on replacing the unit as it is an older unit.

Ken came for our 6 month check up with our PMA maintenance plan. He discovered our A/C unit had a few components that needed replacement and made sure we were informed as to exactly what was wrong and how to prevent any further damage to our aging system. He cleaned our unit, ensured our compressor that was installed on our last visit was still in tip top shape, and got our new fan installed along with our compressor service done quickly and professionally. I can always appreciate friendly, honest and informed service, not just some company that tries to upsale me on a new unit or take advantage of consumers. Give this amazing, locally owned company a try and even consider their maintenance plan to make sure you take care of your system regularly, you won’t regret it!

Victor has always been friendly and gives you exact answers to any questions. Always got time for a smile and a handshake. The idea of their office calling half an before the tech. shows up is greatly appreciated.

Very sloppy work. We had this company install 2 returns and provide duct cleaning service on 2 AC units. First, it was scheduled to all be done on Wednesday. Then first thing wednesday i am told that they will need to come the next day to finish. I have the flexibility to work from home as needed, but many people do not have this as an option and its just annoying. Now to the actual problems... they did not tarp everything off and the 2 rooms that had the returns installed left dust EVERYWHERE! There are dirty hand smudges all on the ceiling and walls where they worked. There are DEEP gouges on the walls. While bringing the duct cleaning machine up the stairs it banged on every step and there are 2 more DEEP gouges in the wall. They used my vacuum to clean up some of the insulation on the ground, but didn't even clean all of it up. They asked to borrow a step stool that was nearby, I let them borrow it, but they left it filthy. It was in not in perfect condition to start with, but it should have been returned in the same or better condition. The cherry on top of this fiasco is that I looked up in the attic and find out that they left all of the extra ducting for the AC return up in the attic. I'm talking about 20+ ft of left over material. I know, it's the attic and it isn't really in my way, but this just goes to show you the care and quality of work performed.

Victor came by for our yearly check up. Serviced everything and recommended a replacement of a part that was going out. He was thorough and didn’t try to over sell anything we didn’t need.

This company has been servicing our AC for 3 yrs now, and they are always professional and honest. They always call for reminders when it’s time for a check up. Highly recommend this company….

Before air cooling i had problems with heating and cooling and a large electric bill. They correct all the problems. Got me credits from SRP and many others i can't remember. It also cut my electric bill a lot. I could find the exact amount but i'm lazy but my S.W.A.G. is between 40% and 50%. Bill

He explained everything in simple terms, and what maintenance would be required to keep our units running efficiently. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and how he treated our home with respect—cleaning up after himself and making sure everything was working 100% before he left.
