I had the smaller of our 2 A/C units replaced and saved $3k from two other quotes. We had the heat set at 68* on out larger unit and it was set at 70* on this new unit. The whole house warmed to 70* overnight, then we synchronized the units. Our old unit, which was more expensive 15 years ago, had difficulty heating and cooling that side of the house. We havent tested the cooling since it's January but so far we are impressed.The crew were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

These guy's were very professional and did amazing work.i was very pleased

They don't practice safe work environments or take safety precautions. Also, they vent refrigerant. I called them about control issues, and all the controls guys are lazy and didn't help resolve the issue. I had to call a different company 🤬

I was in a dire situation, sweating profusely, my company was on the verge of being classified as a sweatshop. Yes, my ac had gone out. In desperation I reached out to multiple HVAC companies, all were occupied with current jobs. Just when I thought all hope was lost, I came across the HVAC company. As if it was out of a comic book movie, they answered my call and immediately headed to the scene. When they arrived, the inside temperature had reached 90 degrees. With these odds, I figured they would retreat, but I was gravely mistaken. They started repairs at a rapid pace, working through the night in order to satisfy my needs. I cannot say enough about this company. What I will say is, if you need a repair, go to the HVAC company.

This is the second time I have used John's.
Both times were an extremely pleasant experience !
Scheduling was easy and precise, they showed up on time, did the work with appropriate expertise. This is the way it should be done for sure.

Steve was great. Polite, on time, and explained the problem before submitting a proposal to fix it. We would recommend Steve without reservation.

Steven was very professional, courteous and friendly. It was a real pleasure having him come to repair my bathroom plumbing issues. Would definitely use John’s again, as their Admin side of the company are also the same as what’s mentioned above

The serviceman was great! Would I hire this company again absolutely not! They put a brand new unit in 2017 that is way smaller than what we should have for our house size.They took the shade wall out on the roof and didn’t replace it, so heat pump sits and bakes when it’s hot out! We know that it gets extremely hot here! But when your air conditioner is set at 74 and by the afternoon it’s 88 in your house something’s terribly wrong and A/C runs for 20+ hours. We have had issues every year! Not at all impressed. Also signed up for there yearly maintenance and wasted money with that as well. Will not do business with them again. Lesson learned.

Saul from John’s Heating Cooling and Plumbing was fantastic! He responded within an hour and a half, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the capacitor right away. The repair was done efficiently, at a fair price, and with great professionalism. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely continue to be a customer. Highly recommend!

Everyone from John’s Heating and Cooling that we had working on our problem was exceptional from Jacob, Ivan, Preston and today drake and Martin.
Drake and Martin treated our property with respect and more professional than any contractor we have had in our house. They are willing to work with any situation you might have.
Jacob is a level above all other project managers. He treated us like we were part of his family.
We are so lucky to have put our trust in John’s Heating and Cooling.

Initialy, this was a scheduled HVAC checkup. The tech was nice and did the inspection quickly. He recommended a motor monitor/surge protector. ,Yes, this is an upsell. However, I thought that it was a good idea since the air handler motor isn't covered under the protection plan.

They provided no hassle install of a heat pump water heater when our old 15+ year old water heater started to turn off and on every 15 minutes and was leaking. Handled the state rebate and provided us its discount in their invoice. It perhaps was a bit pricy compared to the going rate for heat pump water heater installs but it was a newer edition unit.

Not a good experience with John’s Plumbing & Heating.
They came out to my house on November 6 to look at my water softener. They were in and out in about ten minutes and told me I needed a new head almost $1,300. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I called another Plumbing company for a second opinion. They came out fast, did a real check, replaced one small part, and charged me $277. That’s it.

This is what gets me too many companies jump straight to the big-ticket fix without even troubleshooting. If I didn’t know better, I’d be out over a grand for nothing. That’s not how you treat customers. Be straight, be honest, do the job right.

Plumber was great! On time. Professional. Simple repair of a propane gas line was appreciated. Estimate was ridiculously expensive to install two faucet fixtures ($720) that I provided, so I declined that service.

Damian did a great job! He was thorough, fixed several issues he discovered, and helped us set up an ongoing maintenance plan for our HVAC. He also worked with his office to provide previous documents we needed from our HVAC install several years ago. We are thankful for his time and for the entire John's HVAC team!
