The guys at Heath's were always on time, friendly and helpful. The best part is they were knowledgeable and that is most important thing to bring to any service! Octavio was great! And he changed my filter and did everything thoroughly! I love Heaths! And I'm not easy to please.

Bosch 5 ton 17.5 SEER split heat pump installed by Heath's Air five years ago. Just completed the annual maintenance check up. No complaints. The system is efficient, quiet and problem free so far. The inverter system keeps the inside temperature consistent and the electric bills a bit lower. Good price, good warranty makes the Bosch a good deal. Professional work habits and no annoying hard-sell tactics by Heath's Air make it a solid deal. They value their reputation, which is reflected in the quality of their work. Received multiple bids for replacing existing 5-ton heat pump which had a coolant leak in the evaporator coils. Heath delivered a quote on a unit that met energy efficiency standards in compliance with federal 2023 tax incentives and our cost expectations. I've known Heath for about five years from the time our daughters played on the same hockey teams, and know him as an honest father and small business owner. Heath's install crew were punctual, customer and quality motivated, and exceeded our expectations. Very happy with Heath's Air and would gladly seek out and recommend their services in the future.

Octavio, our maintenance technician, serviced and maintained our two units with exceptional attention to detail. His expertise and guidance in resolving our problems were truly remarkable. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Heath's Air was wonderful to work with. They got our system installed quickly and efficiently. They were meticulous about cleaning up after their work. They made great recommendations for small changes that would save wear and tear on our AC and also save money. Very nice to work with and I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to others.

Staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. Price estimates were very good, and there was no attempts to up-sell.

Addendum 12/14/23. One week ago My A/C and gas heater was installed by Heath Air, and I am very happy with their work. They were able to explain things and answered my questions. All the workers were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Thank you Heath's Air! Kudos to all the employees, especially Dan who arranged and orchestrated the install.

Great work at a great price. None of the hard sell or other games like so many other HVAC contractors. Owner stopped by after to make sure it was all good. Definitely using again for all HVAC needs

My heater wasn't working. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and Ron my technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He was able to tell me what the problem was, explain it thoroughly and was able to get the part that day and repair it. He explained what he did and how the new thermostat worked. He even replaced my filter for me. Will be using this company from now on. Highly recommend them.

Heath’s Air was great to work with! Got a quote one afternoon for a new A/C system and they had a team onsite the next day to install. They mentioned a 6a - 4p install but were all done by 1p and I was enjoying a much more efficient system the same day. I highly recommend Heath’s Air for new install or service!

Heath’s Air has always been prompt and thorough, with excellent workmanship and truly reasonable prices. They diagnosed our AC issue quickly, found parts and had it running less than 24 hours after we first noticed a problem. I have referred 2 others to them and will do the same for anyone seeking AC repairs.

Chris was wonderful. He was very upfront with costs and checked in before doing anything. He also was extremely thorough and found an HVAC leak in our attic and provided me with photos and information. We will definitely be working with Heath's Air in the future.

It is always scary when you have to call a repair person for anything. I have to share with you all that is not the experience I found when calling Heath’s. They were very professional, gave me an approximate time someone would arrive to elevate the problem and inform me right from the start what that small fee would be if I choose not to proceed with them, if I proceed the fee would be waived which is so reasonable. The tech made contact with me shortly after that to let me know he was on his way. Ron Sanchez was the tech who showed up and quickly elevated the problem and clearly gave me what my options were. No sales no pressure, just a very friendly and honest responsive professional. I made a decision and Ron took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. It was refreshing to have such great experience since we are new to Mesa. Hands down I would give them a ‘10’ if I could!!! Thanks again Ron!!!!

I wish I could give an even higher rating! We had been looking into replacing our ancient HVAC unit for a bit and so I was already asking around for company referrals when my sweet friend, James, who is also a tech for Heath’s Air gave me his card. So, when our unit did end up going out unexpectedly on a Friday at 9pm, I immediately called first thing Saturday morning and got ahold of Scott who was absolutely wonderful. He was responsive, kind, and patiently answered all of our questions and helped us pick the best unit for our home. Heath’s was able to get the installation done by midday on Tuesday. I am so impressed with how quickly we were taken care of! I’m now sitting back in my ice cool home as I type this with an amazing new smart thermostat that I can control from my phone - talk about comfort! We will absolutely be recommending Heath’s to all our friends and family. Thank you Scott, James, and all the amazing staff and technicians at Heath’s, keep up the great work!

I called and asked for an unusual rough estimate over the phone related to time constraints and they happily and efficiently did this for me. When they came out to inspect the home, the great estimate did not change. This all happened in a matter of a few hours and my new system will be installed in 3 days! I have finally found an HVAC service provider I trust! When my upstairs unit went out I called Heath’s Air (after calling some other’s that were more slick at attempting to sell me two new units then repairing to meet my budget). James came out the same day. He was honest and fair and our upstairs unit is working great! When I recently returned home from two weeks away to discover my downstairs unit had failed, I called Heath’s Air again. Jen is an Angel and got me scheduled for service the very next day. Chris came out, arriving precisely on time, and repaired my downstairs AC at a very fair price. I’m grateful to have found Heath’s Air! I chose them because of the great reviews-so happy I did! Skip the slick sales pitch and call Heath’s Air-you’ll be happy you did. When I DO replace my units they will be my first call.

No hard sell. Just explained the system and their procedures for installation. Offered good, better, best but suggested the better. Only group to thoroughly survey current system and situation and made options open to me. Left me with a good opinion of their expertise and honesty.

Heath's crew reran all of the duct work on my project so I could raise the ceilings in the hallway. His guys completed the job quicker than I thought possible and to the highest standard. I will be using Heath and his crews again.
