Excellent customer service communication and pricing. Very patient with this low tech retired customer. I shopped three other companies and glad I choice Martin Air. On time install went quick and installers new what they were doing and very professional.

Had a minore repair need 8 months later they were at my home in less then 2 hours . Repair done quick and easy. No charge as was under warranty. Repair man new exactly what he was doing. Very professional. Thanks

Martin Air and more specifically their tech Matthew saved me 10,000. These are very trustworthy and honorable people who will not try to get a sale out of you but will genuinely help. Another company quoted me 10k to replace my entire system when Matthew came out and told us we just need a $20 new filter from Home Depot. Cleaned my air ducts.the guys that did it were great and friendly. However they charge a lot compared to other companies. My neighbor with same size house got it done for 600 , Martin air charged me 1400 . Good service but won’t go back due to high prices

This company is amazing, professional, communicative. Very few companies I am wowed with but after their duct and coiling cleaning, we could feel the difference in the air and breath easier. What lead to the having that done was a blessing in disguise. The owner was on site during a roof replacement and explained the risks to ac unit during an inside house tile remodel where safety measures weren’t taken to cover vents. I’m so glad he was there and we chose to go with them to do the work. No only was the work extremely visible with a change in color of the intake vent thing but the way they worked, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of. This company has earned my trust.

I originally had Martin Air replace my ac in 2021 on my home I owned at the time in Mesa. I then had them replace my outdoor unit of a split system on a condo I rent out 2 weeks ago. I had them come out this morning to look at my unit on the townhome I live in now and they did a maintenance check up and cleaned my coils. I cannot recommend Martin Air enough! They have been reliable, on time and honest. They are an amazing company to work with. I highly recommend you contact them for all your ac needs.

Update: I had Martin Air come out again this year to check my unit out before we get a lot hotter here. It is wonderful to have a reliable a/c company I can trust give me peace of mind that my unit is working properly. Thank you Martin Air!

Martin Air has been a great service to me and my family. When the temperature hits 110 in Phoenix, you need someone who knows what they are doing and able to do it now. Service on a Sunday saved our day.

Cannot be happier with this company. My AC went out. My house was at 85° and there’s nothing I could do to get it to start working again. I called Martin Air and Colter came out same day within a few hours and got the air working again! Hallelujah! He was extremely professional, polite, and quick, I really couldn’t ask for anything more. The price was extremely reasonable too.

It’s pretty scary to get an AC company out to your house. They get on that roof they open up that unit they could literally say whatever they want is wrong with that unit if they weren’t an honest company. You don’t have to worry about that with Martin Air.

If you’re having an AC issues, I wouldn’t call anybody else.

Jake was fantastic! He showed up on time, clearly explained the issues with my HVAC system, and walked me through the services he would be providing. It's always great to support a locally owned and operated business, and Jake (the owner) came out after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. Outstanding service and professionalism all around!

I called Martin Air on Wednesday around 5pm. They were able to send someone to look at the unit the next morning. I think his name was Brian informed me of the parts that I needed to fix it. I decided it was best to just have a new unit installed. He never pressured me to get a new unit, I was the one who brought it up. I just want to make that clear because with most companies that’s the first thing they do. He informed me that someone was able to install the new unit the next day! Jordan and Jordan arrived before the schedule time, he called me before to make sure it was okay, which I was happy with because I am an early riser. Both gentlemen were very professional and polite.

They had to remove the trim to get the equipment in the attic so I am waiting for hear back from their contractor to have it fixed. There was also a dent in the wall that was made during the installation so I will see if he can fix that as well.

I highly recommend this company! They were so kind and were able to get me in right away. Thank you so much Martin Air!

Update: Mark came today to fix the wall and it looks great!!

Marten Air is always on time and gets jobs done for us. I use them often and will continue to use them because of this.

Martin Air did an awesome job fixing our HVAC. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and got everything working again without any hassle. The whole process was smooth, and you could tell they really knew their stuff. It’s such a relief to have cool air again! Definitely calling them next time we need help.

Bernard from Martin Air was fantastic—he came out quickly and got our AC fixed fast. Super professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

Jake responded in a very timely manner! He identified the problem in minutes, knew exactly what needed to be done, replaced a plugged drain pipe and cleaned up after he completed his work.

He was a pleasure to meet and was professional and very courteous!! I would highly recommend Martin Air!!
