Another great experience from the team at Airtime. Had Jacob over for a preventative maintenance checkup. He was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection and noted any discoveries found. He later informed me about best way heading foward on future checkups and cost savings. Great company to do deal with!

Monty Hahn came over this morning to qote me a price on a new 3 ton split system AC / Heater installation. From the 40 minutes of talking to him I can say he is an amazing human as well as an encyclopedia of knowledge with AC heater installation. Out of the many quotes I received I rank him as number 1. If your in the market for AC / Heater repair or a new installation, it will be well worth giving Airtime Cooling and Heating a call and ask for Monty.

This company came to unclog a sewer line to the street. He said there was something hard in the pipe that he couldn’t get through. He told me I would have to dig up the yard to replace the pipe. Not wanting to spend thousands to do that, I called another company for a second opinion. They came out cleared the blockage. This cost $300 dollars less than this company who basically did nothing.

AirTime have been probably the best service/contractor organization I have ever dealt with. Besides providing a very fair and one of the best quotes on my dual AC unit install. They went above and beyond in other areas to ensure I was happy with everything. From the salesperson, Ashton, to Duke in the front office to Axel in field service and of course the installation team (including Jordan but I can't remember the other names) everyone was super nice, helpful, professional, and efficient. Each step of the way was explained and all my questions answered and when they left they made sure to clean up to leave the work area like they found it. Sending thanks to the whole team! Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AirTime!

Jesus was great. The newly installed AC was having trouble keeping up. He charged up the refrigerant, adjusted the dampers. Still having problems so he returned and found an issue with the bulb sensor. Once corrected it seems to be running great. I appreciate his diligence, professionalism and knowledge.

Garret was a wonderful technician to work with. He provided answers to questions we had and gave us different options for us to solve the problem based on our budget. Definitely would recommend!

Airtime has serviced my HVAC units on my previous and current homes. They also did system replacements at my last house. Not only are they usually the most reasonably priced, they also are incredibly honest and professional. I've recommended them to probably a dozen people and everyone has been impressed. Their 5.0 stars on Google reviews is as accurate as it is impressive!

Monty answered my questions without hurrying. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He has kept up with technology and used a lot of it for determining my estimate.

Jacob came to the house when he said he would, was professional, and did a thorough diagnostic on my system. Repair part was ordered and AirTime has been timely communicating about the status of the part and scheduling installation.

They were here an hour earlier than planned and done quickly. Efrain was so nice and didn't cringe at the state of my kitchen. I'll definitely call them the next time something comes up!

Called to get an HVAC repair. They were able to get someone out there the same day, and gave me a fair and reasonable quoted price. At that point, I was happy.

However, when the technician returned a week later with parts, they said they quoted me for the wrong part and it would be $900 more than original quote. I don't understand why they waited until coming back to tell me the changed cost.. it really felt like a bait and switch situation. I would not work with this company again.

Update: A month later, $2700 spent, and the original HVAC issue is still not fixed. This company also quoted me 200% more than another company for a water heater when I needed a replacement. Dropping from 2 stars to 1 star due to repeatedly disappointing service.

I cannot recommend any aspect of this company.

Garth was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and explained everything with photos. This is a company you can trust. This is my third year using Air Time.

Daniel was very professional and explained his process in a way that was easy to understand. He also provided extra maintenance that his company provides. I will gladly contact this company for future issues. I hope Daniel is still going strong with this company because I will be asking for him to provide services on my AC units.

I called at 12:14 pm on Saturday. They scheduled an appointment between 2 pm and 4. At 4:27 pm I called and was told by the scheduler that the technician was running late. I asked that someone keep me up to date. I did not hear from them. I called again at 5:14 and was told by the scheduler that she had not heard back from the office; I complained that I had not received any updates. I called again 6:09 and was told by the scheduler that she received a message from the office that they did not serve my area. I asked to speak to someone directly, but the office never returned my call. I called at 6:39 pm and left a voice message. I then called a second number and was told by the scheduler that she saw that the technician had just finished the previous job. At 6:51 the tech called me--a very nice guy who was caught in the middle; and he said he would come by at 7:30 am Sunday. If not for the technician (and the requirement to post at least a single start), I would rate this company a zero. I WILL update after tomorrow.

Very knowable curious an enjoyable experience. Two 3.5 ton heat pumps were installed outside and air handlers in the attic. They finished and cleaned up in by 3pm. Excellent work.
