I hired The Cooling & Plumbing Co for a plumbing repair/replacement I needed on a leaking backyard irrigation back-flow, ball valves and hose bib. Jay quoted a great price on a full replacement of the existing setup as the old setup was all cheap parts and original to the home. He was always available for my questions and provided good detailed explanation on recommendations for the work. His technicians were outstanding and professional and explained the entire process of the install. When they were finished I had a much better setup than what was there originally and the quality of the work is second to none. The entire process from first contact to install was really quick and I couldn't be more pleased. I will be contacting Jay and The Cooling & Plumbing company on any plumbing work I require in my home moving forward.

We had a great experience with The Cooling & Plumbing Co. installing gas lines for our range, dryer, and water heater. Jay came out to meet with us and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy.

Damian and Aaron handled the installation and did an amazing job. They were very professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything turned out great and the job site was left clean when they were finished.

Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Jay and his team to anyone needing plumbing or gas work done.

I am very Happy with the services I received. Vince was on point with his walk thru plus he saved me $$. Caleb and Angel did such a good job with installing my AC unit. Both were super friendly and knew how to do their job! Adam was a good sales man also.

I was impressed with Dan as follows: 1. He checked the outside unit, found loose connections & got the fan running 2. He took 2 panels off the unit and checked all connections. 3. Checked the lines for ( coolant?) I’m not sure what it’s called today. He came inside and checked the unit in our hobby room, and was satisfied with the cooling output. 5. Unit #2 located in the garage and spent time checking the cooling output. All was good. 6. He is a GENTLEMAN,.

Jordan & Vinny were very professional, arrived on time, took their time to do the right install for our unit. We will definitely use them again for our AC cooling and heating issues. Tim, the sales person was also very professional, not pushy, gave us options and answered our questions truefully. Purchasing my system from Airtime was the best decision. They are quick to come if there’s an issue I had a fuse blown last night and today by 3 o’clock I have air again! Thank you so much!

One of our two AC units went out, so I called Airtime for repair. They came out within hours of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue, blower motor failure. We discussed repair options and given the current age of our system (18 years old), we decided to stop the bleeding and evaluate replacement options. Airtime quickly provided a recommendation and a detailed estimate for the project.

Given the size of the investment, we took the time to get three additional opinions, recommendations, and quotes. Ultimately, we were able to confirm that it made the most sense to bite the bullet and install a new heating/cooling system. All the bids suggested similar systems and were within a couple of grand of each other. We ended up going with AirTime's recommendation: two 5 ton variable speed units (Trane XR16 Multi Speed Condensers with Variable Speed Furnaces).

AirTime's pricing was very competitive, but what put them over the top was their 18 mo. same as cash 0% financing option through Wells Fargo. The other vendors had financing options, but they weren't nearly as attractive and their cash price did not provide enough value to overcome AirTime's.

Once we decided to pull the trigger, AirTime quickly got us on the installation schedule. We made the decision just before Labor Day weekend, so we still had to deal with a long weekend with one AC unit out of commission. AirTime offered to install portable AC units for one side of our house to get us through the weekend. They delivered and installed the portable units within about an hour after we agreed to move forward (all free of charge).

Today was installation day and the team showed up EARLY... like 4:45am early, which was planned. I got up at 4:30am to move the cars out of the garage and to make sure they had a clear path to the attic asset. I opened the garage doors and was greeted by the AirTime team that had already unloaded all of the equipment from their trucks. They were ready to go! Josh, Zander and the team finished the job completely, including a thorough cleanup by 2pm.

Communication was on point throughout the process. Jacob was awesome in addressing my questions and concerns as I was evaluating all the options. The front office and installation team was fantastic, very courteous, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend these guys for your AC needs. They've definitely earned our business in the future.

Jacob was wonderful. Explained everything clearly and very knowledgeable. He was very respectful, kind and what we could consider for our needs now as well as in the future. We will definitely call him and recommend Air Time for our future needs!

Great company with prompt service. Our technician Axel seemed really knowledgeable and strive to provide great service. Another AC company told us we needed a new unit and Axel confirmed we did not.
When our second unit finally went out
and outlived its 14 years, We chose Airtime and are happy with our new Trane unit.

My air conditioner broke, and Air Time worked in conjunction with Rescue Air to get my unit replaced. Unfortunately, I did not write down the technicians’ names, but I do remember one was Angel; and hopefully, once the owners read my review they can look up the other technician's name and thank both of them for their excellent work. They were very mindful to ask for permission when they had to come inside and go into the attic, and very respectful in cleaning up inside and the outside when they were finished. Hats off to both of them. Everything worked out and I am cool again.

Jacob was extremely friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and fixed our air conditioner problem. I was impressed with how quickly AirTime was able to get us on the schedule and get a service guy out. Great experience and totally recommend this company!

It was a great experience. It was all explained to me so I could make a confident decision…the staff that I dealt with on the phone was kind, courteous and very helpful…the installers were wonderful and very professional. They seemed to very happy in their work. I will not hesitate to use them again…thank you all for everything!!!!

Dan Fleming was a great technician. He came to install an updated version of my Nest thermostat and walked me through the settings on the Nest app, much appreciated and highly recommend!

AirTime Cooling and Heating was excellent from start to finish. Brian (the owner) did the estimate. He was very informative about the options, equipment, process, and provided a competitive estimate. Including installing a Nest Learning Thermostat I bought at Costco for no addition charge. He even provided a bit of advice on installing a scoop to redirect more air into my south facing living room which is the hottest room in the house. I made and installed the scoop myself and it’s working. Once I made my choice between six 4+ star contractor estimates, AirTime rose to the top and was able to get the install done within a week. The crew of James, Jordan, and Vincent did a commendable job. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also were Hank, my dog, approved. I got exactly what I wanted without any issues. Highly recommend them.

Dan F was the tech that serviced my AC Tune Up. Good professional tech not a salesman. Recommend a chemical clean up due to the monsoons of 2025 which I agreed to for my unit. Satisfied with service call

Jacob was very informative and gave us step by step details as he was diagnosing our AC problem. He was able to get the problem resolved quickly and had our AC working again pretty quickly.

Very polite and efficient service of two systems . Daniel explained what the maintenance service entailed and what it revealed. Everything was good no pushy salesman for up sale of anything. Just a good clean maintenance job.

Had our AC yearly service check today with technician Jacob Latin. He did a very thorough job, was on time and efficient, and took the time to explain and educate me about what he saw and his recommendations. He was very genuine and honest which I appreciated. I made sure to get his card for future services. Overall, had a great experience with Jacob and Airtime Cooling and Heating.

I never was told there a fee to come out and get a quote until the guy got here then charged $89. Airtime was more than double other companies, Airtime said $1500 for fan replacement. 3 other AC companies quoted $700. Definitely get a second quote and don’t get taken advantage of. Front desk person did not let me speak with supervisor when I had more questions about the quote. Edit: after this review the manager followed up, acknowledged, and took responsibility for the failures of her employees, I really appreciate the way the manager handled it but I still had a poor experience overall.

Airtime Technicians shared information and answered all of our questions. Both Jacob and Caleb were polite and courteous, and knew their craft well. They helped to reseal leaks in our ducting that was causing material to collect around one of our main living area vents. Air is noticeably better and ceiling vent has remained clean since repair.
