Needed a sewer line connected to city sewer and off my septic, I thought it would be a huge job, after taking with a few other plumbing companies, then I spoke with Jay, and he made it sound super easy and took care of all the details for me. Jays team did an HVAC-system for my new ADU on my property. We chose a mini split system and it was completely reasonable and painless . He educated me on the different systems and refrigerants , to the point now I feel like a pro !! lol

Dryer would not allow the laundry room door to close. He looked at the challenge and explained the work he would be doing to allow the door to close. In addition, our stove was not flush with the cabinets. Fixed!

I had a great experience with this HVAC company! From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and super friendly. The technician, Gavin, was especially impressive. He said he was still in training but already very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing with the gas lines and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. It’s clear he really cares about doing quality work and learning the trade the right way.

Jay and his crew were professional and thorough. They were knowledgeable, if I had questions they had the answers. If something more was needed they brought it to my attention immediately (ie: my new heater from another company needed more parts, we all worked together to finish the job). Big shout out to Jay and his team! I had The Cooling & Plumbing Co rework the ductwork system and repair a pipe issue in my house. I'm a new homeowner, new to home repairs and I had so many questions. Jay was quick to respond and answered all of my questions and talked me through the whole process. I could tell he really cares about his customers and wants to provide the best solutions to fix things the right way to save me money in the long run. Not just a bandaid fix but fixing it the right way the first time. I was really impressed with the level of care, knowledge and integrity Jay operates his business with.

I was also really impressed with the whole crew that worked on my house over the course of a few days. Damien, Patrick, and two other guys (I forget names, I'm so sorry) - were so wonderful to work with! They did a great job and made it easy for me to navigate with my pets while I worked from home. They arrived on time, were super friendly and professional and treated my home with care and respect.

There was a bit of a mishap where some drywall was damaged unintentionally but they made sure to send a drywall guy to repair it the next day at no cost to me. I'm very pleased with how that oopsie was handled so I didn't have to stress! Above and beyond and it speaks to the level of quality of this company and level of service they provide.

Honest, affordable, and quality work really showed with profeasionizm.
Technicians are very polite & knows what they are doing. They took time to make sure all work is done appropriately and explained thoroughly on what will be done, how the work will be completed and what is recommended.
The owner explained it easy to understand and what maintenance may be required in the future.
I've asked for a full maintenance while the technician is here with both my plumbing & cooling. As expected, thorough job was done & let me know the updates. The technician also went out of his way to check my roof because I suspected a leak above the heater. I can't imagine any company going out of their way to do additional work with no complaint. All the companies are too busy to rush out to the next job, but this company is tryluly a legitimate honest & friendly company & people.
I would recommend this company to anyone, if not, at least give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!!
