These guys are the best! They helped my 80 yo mother in law run a new service line from the street to her house and did an amazing job. So I said, what the heck, our upstairs A/C handler was not putting out any air, so I gave Jay a call. He sent out Patrick 2 days later at 10am and by 2pm we had A/C working again. Patrick was great! He diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and had it installed in about 4 hours. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend.

I've had Jay and his crew over multiple times from a water main replacement, bbq gas line install, water softer and a bunch more over the years. This time I needed a whole new A/C unit and Jay understands how hot it is in AZ. so he didn't mess around in sending his crew to get me back up and running. I've always had great service and work done no matter which of his guys come out. They stress customer service and will see you get the right stuff to make it work well but don't try upsell stuff you don't need. I highly recommend them whenever asked if I "know a guy" and wanted to pass along the same in a review. Thanks again, Jay!

We had tedious plumbing issues in our guest bathroom after remodeling and had a great experience with the employees at The cooling and plumbing co. Service was timely, accurate, and honest pricing! We highly recommend and will be using their services in the future!

We we’re very skeptical calling the HVAC with them simply because of our past experience with another company. To our pleasant surprise every step of the way they were very professional and knowledgeable. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Had a navien tankless water heater installed in 21. Was installed outside. Wish they would have read the instructions for outdoor installation. Installed if it was inside. Supposed to be installed with top cap for outdoor use. What a mess, have heating unit popping from dirt getting in through the indoor vents when installed. Read the directions next time. Owner very stand offish when asked to come bk out . Here are some pictures.

We had a 100 gallon propane tank for our outdoor fireplace installed. Steve and Damian were fantastic! They we on time and very professional. Service was fast! I would highly recommend using this company! 5 stars!!

The Cooling & Plumbing Co are EXCELLENT! I had an emergency coil leak that was discovered an hour before we were supposed to leave for vacation at 4:30AM. The leak was so severe that it went into the drywall above our kitchen, bubbled into the paint which eventually burst all over the counter and floor. This of course occurred overnight and was an unwelcome surprise at the worst time. The owner Jay Monday contacted me immediately and sent a tech (Patrick) out to diagnose and fix this issue within a couple hours. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, he explained everything he was doing and kept us informed on when we could leave with peace of mind that there wouldn’t be any further damage while we were away. I couldn’t recommend them enough, they saved us from missing out on our vacation and provided us with peace of mind that you can’t put a price on!!

The owner and his team are first class. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them on a B to B level and the communication was top-notch… The pricing was reasonable…. And the quality of work produce was right on par with what someone should expect from a leader in the industry.

The quality and respect of this plumbing contractor are unsurpassed by anyone. The complete house repiping (a huge job) happened like a smooth, oiled machine. When they were finished, it was like it never happened - no mess, no problems, and a relaxed homeowner. Finally, a plumber I love!

We had the water heater leaking issue all homeowners dread. As per usual, Jay and his crew were amazing. He was able to get us taken care of same day and educated us on options. Although it is pricier we went with the tankless water heater. Every time I need to use them, I feel fortunate to have found this company!!

The reviews don’t lie. When we moved to AZ the former homeowner was kind enough to leave me Jay’s information and we’ve been with him since. By far the most honest and customer focused company you could find for your needs. ESPECIALLY given the a/c world is riddled with unknown and high charges. Just recently Patrick (he’s our main tech and has been with us for years now) spent 4 hours at our house due to a blown fuse in the control board in our attic. Most places would have just changed it and been on the way. Patrick insisted on finding the why. I’m so grateful to Jay and his team. Also - they are a small crew and he often can’t get out same day (think a/c emergency in July) but he will refer you. Tell you what he thinks it is, about how much it should be and if it’s more - he will get on the phone with them himself. Thank you Jay and the team for all you do!

Met Jay next-door, our businesses are next to each other and I always pick his brain about air conditioning and plumbing and he’s right every single time. There was something a little above my pay grade so of course I called Jay. He had his guys come out they knocked it out and everything was perfect. Ended up selling my house and both the realtor and the home inspector said it was the best work they’ve ever seen. I refer Jay to EVERYONE.

Jay was very quick to return my request for a quote to replace the main water line at my home due to corrosion and being 25 years old.
His quote was honest and upfront and very reasonable. His scheduler contacted me and worked with me to find a date that worked for me since my schedule is all over the place working as a EMS flight nurse. They even kept me up to date with a few text messages to ensure the date still worked for me.
Patrick the tech arrived on time and greeted me with a professional attitude and assured me what the job would entail and an approximate time to finish the job. He was finished a little before the 2 hour window he quoted me and the install was nicely done. No messes left behind.
Shortly after Patrick had left I received a personal phone call from Jay and he wanted to make sure that the install went well, if I was happy with the work and also made me aware that his company also does other household needs and repairs. He was very professional and I also felt like he actually cared about his businesses name and character. I felt more like a friend than a repair order number. Definitely will use his company in the future and refer them to friends as they are what “professional “ looks like to me.
