If I could give 10 stars I would. Our air went out 2:00 on a Sat afternoon in the middle of July. Thought I was going to be toast since it was on the weekend and very hot. Called Alan Air and HVAC tech Dean came out Sunday by noon. He replaced some wire's, capacitor, cleans the coils etc. A very personable and professional Tech and was finished with in an hour or so and shared some good info on AC as well as on quality air filters. Very much enjoyed his visit and glad I called Alan Air.

Alan's air is amazing! I called them on Saturday morning and they sent a technician that same day! I would highly recommend them moving forward!

These guys are the best. They installed my AC at a reasonable price and honored their warranty and provide great service. Craig really took great care in resolving a problem that predated the installation.

My AC unit quit late Saturday night. I began making calls first thing Sunday morning. The first place I called said they could not take on any new customers due to the high volume of service calls. I then called Alan’s Air and was told a technician could be here after 11:00am. He showed up at 10:00am. He checked out the unit, which was 21 years old, and I determined that it would be a waste of money to pursue repairs and we decided on a new unit. Due to how hot July has been they were booked up for installations, but they had a cancellation on Wednesday, and they squeezed me in. By Wednesday afternoon my house was cool again. I was very impressed by the technician that met with me on Sunday morning. He explained where we stood and what the options forward were. Marcel, in the office, was great at keeping me informed on the progress of the different steps needed to get the new unit in place. The installation team did a great job. I was very impressed with Alan’s Air and would recommend them to anyone who needed AC service or replacement.

We had a mini split installed in our guest house and couldn’t be happier! From the first call to the final installation, the team at Alan’s Air was friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before they left. Special shout out to Bryan and Craig

I'd give zero if it were an option. Years ago this company really did good work for me but last year I called them out for regular service (no issues) they missed the appointment and didn't answer any of my calls till hours later. The tech apologized and offered to do the service for free 3 weeks later ( a little annoying but hey free) when they came out the tech made my wife feel very uncomfortable and was pretty rude. He said the system looked great and left after checking it out. The very next day the system stopped blowing cold air. When we called them to do an emergency call they couldn't fit us in but we called another company and they said it was iced up from low refrigerant. I called Alan's back because they said it was perfect and the owner got super defensive and aggressive. After a way too long call he agreed to send someone out and test the system. Pretty sure they just came out and added refrigerant and left because they were supposed to come back a few months later and check the dye test but refused to answer my calls. But about 3 months after the service they started sending me a bill for the free service that started this whole thing and every month for the past 4 months I've emailed them to tell them I don't owe them any money and they say they will fix it but they never do so now I'm leaving this review.

A friend referred me to the Dukes of Air. Very glad he did. Very thorough, very professional from estimate(Monty) to install. The crew of Brandon, Damian, Danny, Devohn & Edgar were great! Highly recommend the Dukes!

Ray was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He kindly tested our RO water for us even though he came to fix our garbage disposal! Very happy with his service. He's also hilarious.

Thought I was going to have get new waterheater. Cory is a true problem solver, gas control thermostat igniter had gone bad . He figured out to try igniter from a previous thermostat repair of a Rheem I had. Got my heater working again and saved me over $2,000 . You the man Cory ! This company has knowledgeable technicians. I've had Dukes of Air come for my a/c repair also Mike , thanks for the fix on the a/c still nice and cold 🥶. 👍

Was very impressed with the entire process with Dukes. Very detailed and professional at every step in the process. Kody and the install team were top notch, so respectful and efficient. We are very happy that we decided to go with Dukes!

I enjoyed Glenn’s explaining the steps taken in our Maintenance check and his pleasant personality. We’ve relied on the quality and response to our system needs for a number of years and will continue as a Customer.

Ray from Dukes of Air came to hook up our new gas grill. He was prompt and personable. He went out of his way to get the part we needed and returned to complete the install. Very happy with Ray and Dukes of Air.

Ricky did a great job. The service from Dukes of Air has always been very good. This last visit was our 6 mos checkup and I feel Ricky went beyond what he needed to do, like cleaning marks off the ceiling where prior HVAC companies had left dirty fingerprints etc. He was on time, took great care bringing his ladder in, explained the work he’d done and was just all around a very pleasant and polite man.

What can I say about Arizona’s Dukes of Air other than they are Awesome! We installed a new Train AC unit about 4 years ago from a company Dukes inherited. The new unit would drip all day, and then the AC would turn off.

When I called Arizona’s Dukes of Air, they were so helpful and immediately sent someone to the house. My Technician, Dustin, gave it a thorough once-over and found that the drip pan had cracked. The part was ordered, installed, and is working great! I had a wonderful experience with this company and its staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed!

I had the maintenance done on my outside ac unit. A very friendly and knowledgeable technician named Joseph Castillo came out and took care of it. I have been with this company for a few years now and everyone they have sent here has always been very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They all do a great job and have kept my unit running without issue since I’ve been working with them. I would recommend.

It's surprisingly difficult to find trustworthy AC technicians, but I have always been satisfied with Arizona's Dukes of Air (probably the reason I've used them exclusively for the past five years or so). My most recent maintenance experience was with Jason Urlacher and he was super thorough and efficient.

If you are lucky to get Dustin come to your home for service call, rest assured he will resolve any problem you may have with your HVAC system. On August 26, we had no air conditioning in our home and our Ecobee thermostat sent me a text while we were out of town. I called Dukes of Air and they dispatched Dustin to our home the next day. He fixed the problem right away. Dustin is so professional, knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have about your HVAC system (even the best filters you'll need to optimize your HVAC.) Thank you Dustin for your help and Brittnie for help in scheduling our next maintenance service call!
