Bill arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged our A/C drain pipe. On. A. Saturday. And under the quoted cost. At this time of year, fast and reliable service is a must when it comes to A/C, and Alan’s Air does it 7-days-a-week!

Strongly suggest going to Alan for all ac needs. He was there quickly but was honest and helpful. Was looking at the whole unit being replaced or major repairs and was surprised to have minor issues at an amazing price. I know i would have paid double anywhere else or had numerous issues added. GIRL, it shouldn't be that hard to get prompt AC service in Phoenix, am I right? But Alan's air was the only place that could come out immediately. Everywhere else was like, uhhh, we are booked five days out. Are you kidding me? Alan's was PROMPT, EFFICIENT, and ALL THE OTHER GOOD THINGS.

I was charged $60 for a new A/C estimate. Lots of other businesses gave me an estimate for free. Also their quote was $1500 more expensive than everyone else’s.
