Ivan, Jose, and Keith worked on my HVAC unit and did an amazing job. They had to come back a few times to get the right parts, but they never gave up and made sure everything was working properly. They were professional, polite, and explained things clearly. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Salvador was incredibly helpful. He took the time understand the project I was needing parts for and he knew exactly what was needed to finish the project. He’s super knowledgeable and an overall good person. I highly recommend Salvador.

Known for breaking price gouging laws, resale of used product as new, manager has poor hygiene and poor knowledge of parts. Depending on the customer the prices are known to increase from 11% - 30%. Sales are always with a smile so don't believe the hype. The more valued you become the better the price. Compare prices before you buy and don't be desperate.

I work for an ac company and a regular customer at Reece and have experienced good customer service by a gentleman at the counter named Nathein he is very helpful and always hustles towards getting your supplies very pleased

The QA person at the metal shop needs better vision coverage. The curb cap we received has some of the jankiest, most IDGAFF welds I've ever seen from a professional shop. I'm blown away that somebody actually signed their name to this work. I blame management for not paying the fabricators enough to care

The Alan's Air team was awesome! They were extremely responsive and very professional. I would highly recommend them for your AC needs here in the valley.
