Great company, great people, excellent service. Our HVAC unit went out and we had no heat. I was calling some different places and found Alan's Air. They came out the next day, installed a new unit for us, and had our heat/AC working again. I can't recommend this company enough, they did an amazing job. Thank you Alan's Air!

Alan came out to take a look at the AC unit the day I called him with an issue. Got me on the schedule for the next day, his guys showed up on time, were extremely friendly, were kind to my puppy who was trying to nip at their heels, explained to me what was wrong, and charged much less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend!

Dean was efficient and friendly. The cost was reasonable and paying the bill was easy. Thank you for the service and assurance it gives me about the performance of my AC unit.

After an inspection from another company told us we needed a new blower motor for our AC, we got quotes from many providers in the area. Alan's Air gave us the best quote so we knew right away they weren't up-charging. Even better, when they came out to install the new blower motor they discovered that we didn't actually need one at all, and did a simpler, much cheaper repair for us. They were friendly, honest, and did not try to up sell us- even when we were the ones requesting a new motor because of what the other company had told us. It's hard to find customer service like this nowadays. We will be sure to use them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

This an owner operated business that cares about their customer base and goes out of the way to provide top quality professional service at a reasonable price. Unlike most HVAC companies I've dealt with that only want to sell you a new unit Alan's Air will do their darndest to fix the unit first- and they have fixed several of my units. One unit had sat idle for years, I was told there was a leak and it wouldn't be worth trying to fix, another company said they couldn't even tell what was wrong. Alan put a starter kit on it and the unit worked fine- it wasn't even low on freon, much less leaking. If you want honest reliable service I would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with Alan's Air. The scheduler asked questions and listened to my concerns. They came to my home that morning, diagnosed the problem, and it was a simple fix. The charge was reasonable and the technician thoroughly explained what caused the unit to stop cooling. I couldn't be happier with the service!

Alan's Air went above and beyond to make sure our family was not without air for too long. The day following our consultation our new unti was installed. The Customer service gentleman and the technician were amazing. We definitely recommend their services!!

Highly recommend Alan. Honest and as friendly as they come… He came by for annual a/c maintenance, went through everything and told me I didn’t need a thing and charged a very reasonable price. He also went the extra mile and applied some compressor coil cleaner I already had for free. He has a new repeat customer!

Chris was very nice, honest, informative, he came out quicker than anyone else (less than 1 hour after calling), and correctly diagnosed the problem, after some lazy dummy from Semper Fi Heating and Cooling came over, barely looked at it, MIS-diagnosed the problem, and wanted us to get a WHOLE NEW A/C UNIT. Have nothing bad to say about Alan’s HVAC. They’re incredible. Showed up on the same day as I called. Professional, courteous and most importantly is their fair pricing. They don’t jack up the prices as many others do during Arizona summer. Definitely 10/10 company. I will recommend them family and friends.

Of course it’s August after a record number of days above 110F and my AC unit starts blowing hot air. I called Alan’s Air. They put me in for a next day appointment. I had a feeling it was the fan motor and he confirmed it. I’ve been using another air company and was tired of them trying to up sell me to a new $8K unit every time. First thing Alan said was “your AC is in great shape, blowing cool air, new fan motor and your set”. The cost of the fan motor was less than what I paid to have it replaced 4 years ago. Nice guy... straight shooter. He’s been in the business over 40 years and this is not a chain. Checks every box for who I want to bring my business to.
Update: capacitor went out a couple years later. Alan’s air is my first call. They are straight shooters. The type of people I want to do business with and support.

We have an older AC unit that wasn't working and couldn't afford a new one. Alan's Air fixed our AC and when it had another issue they came right away same day so we weren't stuck in this heat without air and got it up and running.. it's been good ever since. They were very honest and caring. I have already recommended them to friends. I will continue to use them and feel confident in doing so. Thank you Alan's Air!

Jared was an excellent service technician! He was knowledgeable, courteous and answered to my satisfaction every question. He didn’t rush the job and checked everything to make sure the air conditioner was running properly. He also took photos and discussed what I should be aware of going forward to assure me my ac unit is working accurately. Jared went above and beyond my expectation! I will continue to refer others to Alan’s Air, a reputable and long time Arizona family run business.

My A/C unit went out and called Alan's Air due to the great reviews. They were right, they are a great group of pros and helped me get the perfect replacement A/C unit for my home. The price was competitive and the service was amazing. They even brought me a portable unit to take the edge off until they got my new unit installed. I have dealt with a lot of refrigeration contractors but Alan's Air topped them all. I highly recommend them should you need a new unit or a repair.

Our air conditioner was starting to go out in the middle of a historic heat wave. Upon reaching our to Alan's Air, Marcel got back to me within minutes and told me that they were all booked up for the day. I started to look for other options when she called back to say she cleared up some time and I had someone at my home an hour later. Even though we got some bad news about the AC unit, Marcel was a complete rockstar in helping me find a new unit in a brand I preferred for a great price point. When their distributer had to push delivery of the unit back, she had a tech bring out 2 portable AC units to make sure we stayed cool while we waited. The service of everyone I worked with was above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they did a fantastic job. Thanks so much to the wonderful team at Alan's Air!

This was my first time using Alan’s Air and I am very pleased. Their representative,Jerrod was very knowledgeable, personable and on time. My unit was serviced and repaired. He was very honest , expressing I might be able to get another year out of the part but I decided to error on the side of caution. I have no desire to be without A/C in Az. Great service!

Horrible service, my husband ask for a estimed, they got agreed to do it in the next 5 days, they show up and the technician does not have a ladder to go to the roof, how professional you are when you srt up a service on the roof and you don't bring a ladder?? So they have to come back next day at 10am, at 11:30 we recived a mssg that will ve at 12pm at 2pm I called them to see if they are coming, they said we will text them and 2 hours later the service deparmen does not know anything for any reason I had to go and forward worh 2 diferrents numbers nobody can contact by phone to the technician just by text and they don't have response from there empmoyes??? Very weird, don't waste time goint with this people they not professional or give you a quick answer.

Alan himself showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule, how amazing is that! His service time was less than 25 minutes, he was professional thorough and an extremely good value for a basic service call. He was honest and I am going to use him for any air-conditioning needs in the future, not to mention I will be referring him to my friends and family as well!

I had another company visit twice and fail to fix this. They were guessing at possible causes and quoting me thousands to fix it. They were obviously not as knowledgeable. Alan's Air quickly identified the real problem and fixed it for a very affordable amount. They also followed up a number of days later to make sure it was all working well still. They were honest and did great work!

My AC system went out and I needed a complete system replacement + additional duct / air vent installation. Bill, Chris, and Jared were the technicians I worked with throughout the process and all three of them were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with the service. Their pricing was exceptional compared to other companies I spoke to as well. I would highly recommend going with Alan's Air!

My experience thus far (I have not decided who I am going to replace my heater / air conditioner) has been mixed.

I contacts Alan’s for an estimate to repair or replace our system. They got back to me quickly via text. We interacted from then on through text messaging.

The first messages we received, for example, was “Good morning, Alan’s Air. I can’t get anyone out until Thursday.” Not bad but kind of negative.

We exchanged numerous other messages across two different numbers. No idea why.

Thursday was good so they scheduled it. I tried to get a time on text but got no response. I found out the time from a confirmation email I received.

The technician arrived early after calling, which was great. He was professional, did some checking and then surprised me with a bill for the visit. No one had ever mentioned that there would be a cost for the visit.
