We recently had the pleasure of working with Dom, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! Our AC unit went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and Dom came through when we needed him most. From the moment he arrived, it was clear we were in good hands.

Dom showed up on time, prepared, and ready to get to work. He was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our unit. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in doing things right.

Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also checked the rest of the system to make sure everything else was running smoothly. He even gave us a few helpful tips to keep our unit working better long-term — something we really appreciated as homeowners.

In a world where good service can be hit or miss, Dom is a rare find. He’s reliable, honest, and clearly a true expert at what he does. If you’re looking for an AC guy who will treat your home like it’s his own and get the job done right the first time, Dom is your guy. Absolute 10/10

After a month without HVAC, we finally have relief! We received multiple estimates and faced delays, but once AC Rangers showed up, everything changed. I had an emergency call for my A/C to be repaired, after 2 unsuccessful times with my leasing company technicians. Keith repaired it & he was so attentive, respectful and efficient. He listened to my concerns with the A/C & let me know the issues with it & what he did to repair it. He also gave future tips to help our issue. Thank you again Keith!

We provided Bradley with a list of all the things that were wrong when he and his team installed our 3 units in July of 2023 only a year after the install was done.

1. High static pressure. Need to adjust blower speed
2. Missing air filter. Need filter rack or filter grille
3. Dirty evaporator/indoor coil. Need cleaning
4. Missing/broken drain line and trap. Leaking into white roof. Need ptrap and connect drain line
5. Missing fresh air. Needs manual fresh air
6. Air leaks around curb. Needs sealing air leaks
7. Wrong voltage for transformer. Need to set the correct power terminal
8. Need to check if there a smoke detector inside ductwork and connect if necessary

He came into the office and told the business manager that he would assure all these concerns were fixed. He said he would come in himself if we could have someone come in and open early. We did and he never showed up.
Luckily, the weather wasn't as hot so we just waited to hear back with no luck.

Here we are a year later and I've been trying to get this resolved again since July 15th of this year. We've had the same tech come out 3x. The first time he said there was nothing wrong with the units even though they were significantly hotter than the other rooms, he also said he would ask Bradley what was wrong with the units. The second time he came in and said he was going to close the vents in two rooms in order to cool down the other rooms. But the rooms aren't on the same unit per Bradley. The third time he came in he told me "I might not be the right tech for this" and told us he would be calling Bradley.

Now we've been no-showed and rescheduled. We will be going with a different AC company. We are very disappointed because the main reason we decided to go with AC Rangers was because a close friend vouched for Bradley and his company. Unfortunately, this entire experience has been a nightmare.

Dominic showed up, was very helpful explaining what happened with our Unit and the solution. He took care of the process swiftly and was very deliberate throughout the entire process.

They made it easy to work around my schedule to get there as soon as possible, would definitely recommend.

Our technician, Bradley, came out to our house right away. My husband and I appreciate the communication via text and mini bio given about him, including a photo. We think it was so unique and cool, and definitely sets a higher standard from other companies/technicians we've had. Bradley was kind, informative and very respectful. He greatly explained the issue with our unit and resolved it quickly. We appreciate the speedy turn around time and education regarding our AC unit. Great company all around. Herman and Luna were amazing. They were on time, and were done installing a new HVAC unit in about five hours. They cleaned everything up, were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Hunter and Hala came to our house to install a new hvac system (our heater was kaput). They did a phenomenal job even though they had to work while listening to our Mini Schnauzer barking his face off the entire time they were here. They pushed through and did the job with a smile on their faces the entire time. If you have ever experienced a Mini Schnauzer's brain piercing barks you understand what a feat this actually is. I highly recommend contacting A/C Rangers for all your heating and cooling needs.

I just have to leave a review about how happy I am with AC Rangers. Over the past holiday weekend our air conditioning stopped running while it was pushing 100° outside!
If you live in the desert and have ever had your air conditioning go out over the summer, you Probably know that it takes less than an hour for the temperature inside the house to skyrocket to 97°. Absolutely unbearable and I’m pretty sure the five days we had to wait for the rental company to get them out here, caused us to have heat stroke.
AC Rangers came out within about 2 hours of being called but the rental company didn’t approve the work for 2 days.
AC Rangers knew it -They called last night and empathized by prioritizing us this morning as their first stop!
I assumed they would be here at least an hour, but in less than 15 minutes, they removed all the rusty components and had them replaced. Before I knew it, they were at the thermostat and ice cold air was coming out of my vents.

I cut them up some oranges and gave them some homemade baked goods along with some ice cold water. Not only were they kind and professional, but they were grateful that I tossed some breakfast into their hands.

Our techs, Hala and Phillip, Made sure that the unit was functioning and we would have no further problems. I still can’t believe how quickly they got it done.

Listen if you’ve got issues with your thermostat or unit, these are the guys you wanna call. They’re fast, they come out right away and they don’t play games. They answer the phone and they get the job done! I’m guessing we got two of their best with Hala and Phillip. Thank you you guys. We are so grateful to AC rangers and your team.

I had an emergency with my HVAC unit this morning and I called A/C rangers. I spoke with Kenia, who was able to get my unit repaired by this afternoon! Kenia was very helpful and ensured that my HVAC unit is operating properly. Thank you Kenia and thank you A/C Rangers.

My property management called this company to come out when my central heater was not working. Brandon was the technician who was sent out. He was very professional and very informative. Even revealing that the problem was from a previous company that had broken some things and disconnected the gas line in my attic. Brandon not only took pictures and explained what the previous company did, he also checked other areas to make sure things were safely put back into place. Upon, him repairing previous damage he also showed me the finished results and now I can enjoy a warm home just as the weather gets colder.

Jacob L and his crew did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and highly communicative. I truly appreciated the early heads-up that they were on the way. A smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. 🙂

Adrian, Ulises and Nate arrived on time and had my whole AC unit replaced and up and running in less than 2 hours.
The customer service ladies were all very patient and understanding with all of my calls to them asking for updates.
5 stars to the office and 5 stars to the installers.

Hala, Nate, & Hernan were a dedicated and thorough crew dismantling a 32y/o A/C unit and installing a complete new one in just under 5 hours in a 100 degree house/attic. They were kind, funny, determined, patient, and Hala's customer service & expertise even gives Bradley a run for his money! All around AC Rangers felt very familial & accommodating despite being the middle of summer in the hottest state in the country! Thanks a million ACR!

Our AC wasn't working, and we had Jose come out to fix it. He did a fantastic job. He answered all of our questions. He really took his time and fixed the problem. We will definitely be using A/C Rangers again.
