Hats off to Mr Colter Martin called and within the hour he was at our home where it was 94 degrees inside and reviewed and provided options to us and with 3 hours we got a new unit and house was starting to be cool again on this hot AZ weather. Mr Martin expertise in HVAC and price was exceptional and will recommend to all in AZ any Heating or cooling needs to call Martin AC honest and reliable!! Keep up the great work!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Martin Air 10 stars, I would! After dealing with three other AC companies, they were the only ones who got it right—and without trying to rip us off. One company wanted to sell us a brand-new $20,000 unit even though ours is only two years old. Another company told us the unit was “old,” which was simply not true.

Martin Air came out and they were absolute rock stars. Billy was amazing—so conscientious, detail-oriented, and thorough. And Baylee in the office was just as incredible—friendly, responsive, and so easy to work with. Together they made the whole experience stress-free. I will never use another AC company again. Highly recommend!

3 years ago Martin Air put in a new air handler and compressor which works perfectly. Now I had them back ( with an awesome 2 year maintenance deal) to clean, inspect and maintenance both of my units. Great professional work with on time arrival.

Martin air was so great. They were out to my house within 30 minutes of contacting them. They took care of the problem quickly and had everything back in operation. Price was absolutely more than reasonable. They also donate generously to the local public school which was why I called them. Will definitely keep coming back!

I called Martin Air this morning requesting some service on an older ac unit on our studio that was having issues. This unit was not installed by them. Professionalism and excellent communication commenced from the initial phone call with Lisa through the actual visit. I was scheduled between 12 and 2. Matthew and Blake were able to arrive at 10:45 a.m.. They immediately introduced themselves and were adept listeners while I explained the issue. They assessed the problem and offered several solutions. By 11:30 the ac unit was running with greatly improved pressure and cooling than it had previously. Matthew’s expertise really made a difference in our situation today as well as Blake’s coordinated handling of the required procedures. Martin Air installed a new HVAC system on our historic home in December which we are really happy with as well. I highly recommend Martin Air if you are looking for HVAC support , maintenance, bids or replacements.

When the AC goes out in your house, the most important thing to me is responsiveness. Colter came over with a real solution, which ended up being replacing the entire outside condenser unit. Every other bid I had wanted me to replace the entire AC unit. We came to an agreement at 4:30 PM and he had the new unit in before dark. I hardly ever do reviews, but this is one I am happy to do. I highly recommend Martin Air, especially during the summer months in Arizona.

Had a technician out today to replace my fan motor. When I was a residential contractor I used them for a few things on projects and now I use them exclusively on my own home and my parents as well. We used Martin Air for several things involving our new home.
They performed a full and thorough inspection before the purchase. They showed us things we would never notice.
After purchase, they installed one completely new AC unit, and performed maintenance on the other 2 units.
One existing unit needed leveling from a previous poor install, no issue for these guys.

We had questions about filter replacement frequency, and how to manage the house temp with 3 AC units. They walked us through everything with no rush.

Fair pricing, precision workmanship, honest people with top level customer service.

I realize everyone has their own experience with businesses based on many factors but for us, I can’t imagine we’d ever use anyone else again.
