I was quoted a service charge of $89 over the phone, but when the technician arrived, they suddenly increased the price to $200, simply because they had to open the cover of my mini split unit. If opening the unit to inspect it isn’t considered part of a standard service visit, I’m not sure how anyone can confidently rely on or recommend this company. It felt misleading and unprofessional. I expected transparency and fair pricing, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the experience I received.

Scott D. was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about my HVAC unit. He explained how to check that the system is running properly and shared helpful suggestions for improving efficiency. His professionalism and expertise were clear throughout the visit. I would highly recommend requesting Scott for any future HVAC needs.

Sean was out here immediately and repaired and air flow leak in the attic that was causing the issue. He then went above and beyond and checked the cooling performance at the compressor and then measured the air temperature at every vent. There was no upselling. Just data driven advice. What a great and honest company culture with timely service. I am switching to Heath's air for all my HVAC needs.

Called this company when my neighborhood had a power outage. When the power came back on my AC was blowing hot. Called them and they were out within 12 hours. Call them late at night and they were here at 10 AM the next morning, honest Work, and extremely happy with their services thank you so much. House is cooling off and we are happy with your services. Scott was really helpful in setting up a time with me to get a new thermostat put in as well as get a tune up on my ac. I really appreciated the fact that they made the time for me for the thermostat because other companies were either not making time for that because they wanted to do bigger jobs or they gave exorbitant quotes, especially for wifi-type thermostats. Chris, the tech who came by to do the work, was really nice, informative, and showed me how to use the thermostat settings on my phone app. Even though he had more jobs to go to during the day, he was not abrupt or rushed with me which I also appreciate. Thanks again guys!

This company just installed my new AC. From the first home visit to the quote process to installation, these guys were professional and fair! Shout out to Scott our sales person. He was not pushy, professional and worked within my budget. Installation crew was awesome. Very efficient in the installation process and the team was very pleasant to work with. I would do business again with this company.

Heath installed our new AC about a month ago and everything was seamless. Chris came out to give us our quote and he showed up right on time, evaluated the whole system, showed me the issues, and gave options. The quote was competitive and they were able to schedule the work right away after I gave the ok. Chris was prompt on his texts, answered my questions, and the install was completed quickly. No complaints at all - great service and I'll be using them in the future.

I woke up on a freezing Tuesday morning to find that my heating system had failed. I had been putting off replacing my AC unit, but with the cold weather, I had no choice but to take action. I reached out to a few companies for estimates, and after careful consideration, I chose Heath's Air LLC, owned by Heath Bauldry.

From the very first call, I was impressed. Heath himself answered and took the time to listen to my concerns. He kindly directed me to his office to get scheduled, and within just a few hours, his team was at my door, ready to assess the situation and provide a proposal.

First service was great last year tech showed up promptly and very professional. Paid for maintenance service 150.00 for biannual service. Never received call to schedule for this summer. Called office and they were not able to find us on there database. Second tech not so good. Rushed in his approach hard sell. Could not answer simple questions told me to call office. I did but office personnel told me that a manager would call me. That was 3 phone calls ago. I'm done going with another ac company. Losing on one check up but that's ok.

Great company to work with! Professional and prompt response. Very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Team came in at 6 am and I had a new system fully installed and operational by 1pm. Thank you Heath's Air!!

I have a HVAC business in California and rental property in Peoria. My condenser had a bad compressor and need it a new unit. Heath's gave me a reasonable quote for replacement unit. Scott D came out to give an estimate for a new system. He was extremely helpful and polite. The estimate was below what I was expecting and he took the time to talk with me an explain the process and even how the different components of the hvac system work and the best practices for maintaining the system. Will definitely call again if I need emergency service and recommend them to all my neighbors. Can not relay enough how happy I was with the service received. Great job guys!

I can’t say enough about Heath’s Air. I asked Heath to come quote replacing both of my HCAV units. They blew me away compared to two other well known valley wide providers from both a knowledge and cost perspective. They were able to install in a short period of time and accommodated my desire to relocate the two outdoor compressors to free up more of my side yard. I was so happy with the friendliness of the crew here working that I bought them pizza.

These guys were a lifesaver for me! I had paid a deposit to another company who failed to show up. I was referred to Heath's Air by a friend and they were so friendly, helpful and great communication! I work out of my garage and had just moved into a new home and it was JULY triple digit heat. Heath's air communicated with me, showed up on time and the workers were AMAZING! They were friendly, helpful, neat & tidy and did an excellent job installing my mini-split. After it was installed, they cleaned up any debris and explained the unit and how to work it.

I interviewed and received four different HVAC contractors to install a dual mini-split system in our garage, and Scott with Heath's Air was above and beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Called Heath's Air when the AC when out in my restaurant. Someone came within the hour. They quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, placed a new one they had in stock, and had my AC running again is less than 30 mins. on the roof. This is called field knowledge, experience and trustworthiness. In contrast, when you deal with the opposite like CASM, they charge you 3.75 hours, two trips and someone that doesn't know what they are doing to change a capacitor on a 3 door freezer. My freezer still doesn't work and they tell me is the digital controller now and its obsolete. Worst even is the people behind the phone. Heath is beyond solid and honest. His work is always above and beyond. I don't know why he isn't the biggest air company out here. Spread the word!
