Rude customer service. Claims they will not deal with the public. I responded by telling him I just need to know if you stock a compressor. I let him know that he could keep the pricing confidential, I just needed to find an older compressor and trying to save my legitimate installer some time since he was busy at jobs.
He flat refused to lift a finger for me.

Jon and the crew here are great! The store is well laid out, well stocked, and has a good selection of installation materials. In fact I buy almost all my installation materials from these guys. They are a wholesale business dealing with contractors, so the public need not try.

I had the best experience with Heaths Air LLC, not only were they able to complete the job for us within budget, they also fit us in the same day which was so helpful. Everyone we delt with from front office to the owner everyone was very accommodating and made us a priority.

I live out near Buckeye and needed to replace my 16 year old unit. I got a few quotes and Heath’s was the best combination of value and quality. Most quotes tried to force a particular brand (Goodman or Carrier), but Heath’s offered a variety of options that were better suited for my needs.

The installation went extremely smoothly - everyone was clean and professional. Six months after the installation and everything is working flawlessly. Heath’s Air is a class act. 100% recommend.

AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year, naturally. Called Heath's Air. and set an appointment. James came out, on time, called before he arrived, looked at my unit and found the problem immediately. He was professional, efficient and explained everything very well. I've used Heath's for years and will obviously continue to do so.

Excellent company. Very prompt and even made a return visit the following day to ensure it was working well. When the AC goes out in the dead heat of summer, Heath’s professionalism and easy going explanation of my system and it’s problems were a huge relief. And he got it fixed in about 20 minutes so that’s a plus. Jen, the dispatcher was incredibly kind and organized. Can’t recommend Heath’s & crew enough!
