Fantastic and reliable company!! Have used them for 11years and have no complaints. They are honest and treat you right. Everything is explained beforehand and work is done right. With the appropriately 25 miles between my house and their office they have always made it to me in the set time window. Great maintenance program and affordable. On Sunday we found that there was a water leak on our ceiling above the second floor landing. At first, was not sure of the source of the leak, but suspected it may be a/c unit. Called Gilbert Air and although their office was closed, their answering service scheduled a service call for later that day. Robert, their technician, arrived and inspected the system and found that drain line was clogged, and set to repair it fixed the problem immediately. Robert was very professional and explained the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I am very grateful the problem was fixed quickly. Would highly recommend Gilbert Air and Robert for their professionalism and efficient service.

In early June my wife and I became concerned as our air conditioner was blowing warm air. This being the beginning of the summer heat had us extremely worried. We have heard some frightening stories about people who had similar issues and when workers came, they insisted that the unit had to be replaced. Financially not something we were prepared to do. My wife, Lynnette, recalled a name of someone with whom she remembered from the years of working in the area of plumbing and air conditioning. She knew we could trust the work done by his company (Gilbert Air). Technician Robert S. was sent to our home. He had a trainee with him. They were clean, well spoken, and prompt. It’s not always easy to interact/communicate with a technician who you don’t know who is coming into your home to handle any problem. After just a short conversation we felt as though we were speaking with a friend. The trainee was equally clean, friendly, and gave the impression of honesty. They resolved the problem without any confusion as to the problem and how they fixed it. Robert gave us a very easy to understand description of what he did. He also gave us some useful information concerning what also might be something of which to watch in the future because it is an older unit. He did remind us of the age the unit suggesting we need to understand that we might need to replace the unit soon. When that day comes Gilbert Air will be who we call. Nick and Chris from Gilbert Air were amazing to work with. We were adding on a second story to our house. They not only did an amazing job re-routing the 1st floor AC to a new floor plan, but added a second unit for the upstairs. Nick and Chris always quickly responded to my text messages or calls for concern. In addition to the original scope of work, they worked with me to solve a problem created by the GC. He ordered extra parts and helped me make plans so that I was completely taken care of. They really went over and beyond in many unexpected circumstances. Out of several dozen contractors I worked with throughout our renovation, Nick and Chris were probably the easiest to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chris came and replaced an A/C motor. He called ahead to let us know the schedule, and he was right on time. He did a great job getting the place cool again. In addition, the office staff that followed up on our appointment was courteous, friendly, and thorough. I'd recommend Gilbert Air to anyone in the area.

We came home from vacation and discovered our downstairs A/C unit was not working on Sunday morning. I called Gilbert Air because we have a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with them. Dillan came out within the time frame I was quoted and was able to get the unit up and running. He suggested he could do a check of our upstairs unit while he was here. Everything checked out. We would highly recommend Gilbert Air and have been satisfied customers since 2016.

One of our AC units went out on a Friday evening. I called Gilbert Air around 7:30 am the next morning and a technician arrived by 10:30. We had Dillan who was great. He was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the compressor replaced within the hour. We will definitely call Gilbert Air for any other future cooling/heating needs.

If you’re anything like me you’re probably skeptical of air-conditioning companies in Arizona. I called Gilbert air for service/estimate for my air-conditioner. Robert the technician was very knowledgeable about the equipment and gave me the best price I’ve seen out of 3 quotes. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for the great service!

These guys really took care of us in a timely, friendly manner, without all the up-selling that seems so common these days. Within just a few days they were able to replace our worn out old AC system with a new up to date one, and now we're back up to speed in a comfortable work area. They were on time, didn't grumble about anything, and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I'd highly recommend them and will certainly call them first from now on with all my AC needs.

My air conditioner started making weird noises and my parents recommended I call Gilbert Air. The repair person came out promptly and he was nice but he told me I needed a new fan and quoted me over $900. He also told me after putting in a new fan that my unit probably wouldn't last another few months. He also tried to sell me new unit (for what seemed like a pretty fair price honestly). But I had a feeling that I wasn't getting a good price on the repair so I decided to call around for quotes. The company I ended up going with did the repair for HALF of what Gilbert air quoted me. Also the other company told me my unit would probably last another few years.

Our AC went out at 9 pm and after trying everything Google suggested and calling two other companies (no answer and no return calls), a friend suggested Gilbert Air. Nick answered right away and within an hour Chris was at our house (he lives 45 minutes away!). Chris repaired the blown capacitor and returned before 7 am the next morning to fire our unit back up. Chris was efficient, very friendly, and an excellent listener. He also made some suggestions for the future, but in no way pressured us to add on extra repairs. Nick made sure to check back in with us the next morning. We highly recommend Gilbert Air!

Each time Gilbert Air has come to the house for service the tech was on time and knew what he was doing. The techs are very professional and courteous. We were so impressed that we purchased a contract for seasonal checkups for a number of years. We highly recommend Gilbert Air.

I had a very good experience with Gilbert Air. Kris the technician, was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything he was doing. Very courteous young man who knew his stuff. We signed up for their 3 year maintenance plan. We feel relieved we have a company that we can turn to for our cooling and heating needs, that we trust!

We have been using Gilbert Air for years. Extremely nice, fair and easy to deal with. We just replaced an older unit after having spent some money to fix the old one. They gave us a credit on recent work done towards the new one. Definitely recommend.

Last weekend on a 110 degree day, my AC stopped running. Gilbert Air was at my home 4 hours later, at the early portion of the time slot they gave me. The tech, Dylan, was professional, extremely polite and thorough. This was no surprise to me as we use them for our office as well, and that tech, Robert, is the same way. These guys are the real deal! They responded to my request promptly, scheduled with me for the next day, called 30 minutes prior to their arrival, and when they did arrive, the technician was very friendly and got to work to identify the problem which he fixed very quickly. The technician, Robert, was eminently professional. He arrived in safety gear, Was very polite, got straight to work and discovered our issue within 15 minutes. We had the guys from Gilbert Air come today to install a brand new system. It was a great experience! Our unit is over 20 years old and died last week. Not ideal for the winter with a new baby in the house. They gave us a wonderful price, have given excellent service, and are very kind.

Two technicians came to install the unit (both in the yard and the attic) and the owner stopped by to go over everything with us. It was great to have such knowledgable people putting the unit in and to have the actual owner come to go over the warranty and answer my questions. We are extremely pleased with the work and customer service. 5 star for sure!

I have used Gilbert Air for 9 years. They have always been a great company and I have had nothing but exceptional technicians and service. I had my ac serviced today (my a/c was purchased from and installed by Gilbert Air in 2010) by their tech named Brent. Once again, another honest, punctual and proffessional technician came out and serviced my ac. Brent spent almost an hour cleaning and checking my system. He let me know at the end that everything was in spec and working great. No surprises, up charges or mysterious problems. Thanks Brent and Gilbert Air.
