Wow! Truly a 5 star company. From my initial connect on the phone, reminder by email and text. Several reminders after appointment. Icing on the cake was incredible courtesy and professionalism of the work done on the property. “Javier” simply wonderful. Showed on time and communicated every bit of the work performed for our HVAC tuneup. Yes, shout out to Javier. He’s a true genuine young man with great knowledge of his profession. The experience was monumental. The technicians showed up with a determination to find out what was causing the vibrations and strange out of round sound.
The main technician was training an apprentice who impressed me with his complete focus on the investigation of the air-conditioning unit. The instruction and teaching skills from the head technician was text book perfect. This young man has a skill of only a few. He is truly a gem in your team.
After spending close to 2 hours the "investigative team ", discovered the issues that were causing the noises. Great work for the tedious work that was needed to fix the problem.

I appreciate a lot the fact that Olive was the only one company of 4 I called which agreed to send their technician late afternoon on weekend day. It turned out that we needed new capacitor. The cost of replacing it (the part itself is not expensive) should be not more than $375. We checked average cost nationwide, it's $250. We were charged $595! We had no choice but pay because we didn't want to go to hotel, it was too hot in the house. Technician also suggested to get new unit for $14,000 which is also very overpriced. The unit for our house should be $8,000. Nice company but everything is overpriced.

Chance did an amazing job diagnosing and repair our AC!!! He was very nice and made it very easy for us to understand what was wrong and how he was going to repair our system. I will definitely call Olive Air, Heating & AC repair for any of my AC issues!!!

Olive Air, Heating and AC installed my unit after the last one quit right after I moved into my house. I had a small leak in a line this weekend and they were quick to get me on their schedule with how hot it is in AZ in the summer. Javier fixed the issue quickly and was so kind and professional. I would highly recommend their service for installing new units or fixing issues that come up.

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to Oliver and his team. Our air conditioning went out a few months back and our warranty company proved to be not only an obstacle, but completely untrustworthy. Luckily, Olive Air was recommended by the warranty company. Oliver came by himself ( as the owner) and performed the diagnostics. We knew it would cost us a lot of money and as retired disabled veterans we are on a strict budget, but Oliver was patient with us as we saved the money and offered us what help he could to draw cost down. How many businesses in the HVAC market would do that? How many honest and caring professionals do you encounter? His integrity and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers will keep us coming back, referring his company and forever grateful that we were able to work with him. Excellent service! My home warranty company gave me an appointment a week out, but when I called OliveAir, Heating & AC Repair, I got a same day appointment!! Carter arrived exactly on time, clean, professional and prepared. He had a large tool bag with all the necessary testing equipment to diagnose my AC issue. He found the problem and had the part on hand. The whole service call only took less than an hour. Thank you Carter and Olive Air!!

Oliver and his team were fantastic. All of the service technicians were courteous, professional, and well-versed in HVAC systems. Kaden was very helpful in helping me select an AC unit. After the unit was initially installed, there were some minor glitches, but Javier promptly arrived and fixed the issue. The installers were professional and courteous. Sam the sales guy was nice but is pushy like a car salesman lol. Oliver the owner is very nice. The unit works perfect and my kids are happy. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.
