Excellent service! Price was fair. Scheduling was so easy. Great communication. My yard had 3 dogs using a small amount of turf for 3 years. It smelled. Today after the service it smells brand new. My neighbors will be happy as well.

Adam and his team did such an amazing job cleaning our turf! Our dogs used it as their potty area but we wanted to turn it into a play area for our daughter and needed it to be deep cleaned. It looks and smells amazing!!

Adam was absolutely fantastic — he went above and beyond. Not only did he treat and deep-clean the turf, but he also picked up my back patio and power washed away all the dust and dirt we’d been left with after the last big storm. It looks incredible out there now!

Adam also recommended doing a monthly treatment to help stay on top of the smell from our big dogs and to keep the area clean for my two small kids to play and enjoy their yard safely. Had an amazing experience with Lush! They were very thorough and were able to get our turf looking like new and smelling even better. I can not say enough great things about Adam and his service at Lush turf cleaning. We have two 85 pound rescue dogs that make a real mess out of the turf in our dog runs. I told Adam that not only is the smell really bad when the sun shines, but flies are a constant nuisance. Today he did way more then we asked, or ordered. It was important to him that our yard look and smell amazing before he left. Rarely do you hire a service provider and feel that you underpaid for the work provided. I had another company come out about a month ago, a little less, to treat the dog run area of about 200 ft.². Cost me a little over $400 and within two weeks the smell was back. I got Adam from Lush on the phone a couple of days ago, very professional very educational and so we booked for him to come out this morning at 7:30. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. They serviced my entire ten year old, never-been-serviced-before, roughly 3000 ft.² of turf along with the RIGHT way of treating the dog run, and my yard has never looked better! All at a cost less than the other company charged just for the dog run. Highly highly recommend! Great value and great people.

Adam did an amazing job on revitalizing my backyard! He took the time to communicate with me thoroughly about what was going to be done and walked me through after to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. He pressure washed all my travertine tile and walls. Looks so much better now!! He also took the time to clean out parts of my front yard (which I wasn’t expecting) where there was dead leaves, plants, etc. and swept up all the sidewalks and driveway after. When he was done everything looked really amazing, like brand new! Would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs some turf and backyard revitalizing! Thanks Adam and team!

Lush Artificial Turf Cleaning is AhhMAZing!! They were on time and Adam was very pleasant and professional. He took time to ask about the problem areas in our lawn (we have dogs). They did not rush and did a wonderful job. It looks like brand new turf and has a very light pleasant fragrance. We have used other services and Lush is by far the best! I can not say enough good things about Kyle and Angela and their services. Over the life of the turf it’s taken a beating. Between puppy’s wrestling on it, being used as a chipping green, and my dogs cancers induced GI issues it looked like it needed to be replaced. Greetings everyone! I wanted to let everyone know that Pristine Turf Cleaning is the real deal! Mountain Park Church reached to them to clean their artificial turf. It hasn’t been cleaned since the original installation, over seven years ago. Pristine Turf Cleaning sanitized and removed harmful bacteria, pet urine, and excessive dirt buildup from our turf. They actually restored to its original condition. It smells so fresh & clean. They actually raised our turf a few inches by sweeping it with a “power-sweeper.” Pristine Turf Cleaning also extracted nails, metal, and other harmful debris from the turf. They were very affordable, very professional, punctual, and very meticulous in their cleaning methods. In addition they used earth friendly products and they explain the entire process to you very thoroughly. Will definitely be using them again in the very near future! Thanks for a great job👆🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼

Let me just start by saying WOW! They did an amazing job, so much so that I asked them to come back quarterly because I don’t want it not to smell like it does.

After searching for a reputable turf cleaning company, Pristine Turf Cleaning came highly recommended. I cannot say enough great things about Kyle and Angela. I interacted with Angela first and we bonded over my fur baby (an almost 2-year old, 113lbs cane corso and the reason why I was reaching out to them). Angela was very responsive and got me on their schedule quickly. I never had to wonder if the appointment was confirmed because she followed up and kept in contact with me. The day of our turf cleaning, both Kyle and Angela showed up and they were both such a pleasure to talk to. Kyle explained the process to me and then got to work. When I tell you my turf was bad…it was bad! It had been 5 months since my last turf cleaning and well, it definitely needed it to say the least. Overall, Kyle and Angela were great and they did such an amazing job and let me know of problem areas and things I should watch out for. They gave me recommendations for turf maintenance products and took the time to explain what to do and when to do it in between them coming out and cleaning. They even gave my fur baby his own Pristine Turf bandana—they really treated both myself and my dog with so much kindness and understanding. It’s safe to say I will be using Pristine Turf on a going forward basis—I already have them scheduled for our next few cleanings.
