Pristine Turf did a great job cleaning our turf. We are really happy with their services and definitely plan to use them again in the future! Pristine Turf was very thorough and was able to remove all of the odor the turf had from our dog. The turf also looked much better after the debris removal. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and great to work with!

David came and did my turf and was very informative and took his time to explain everything. Not only does my backyard visibly look better, but any scents are gone and I’m excited to use the turf again!

Pristine Turf Cleaning was taking care of our neighbor’s turf and we asked if they could stop by and look at our turf which has started to shed excessively. Kyle and David stopped by to take a look and explained it was a result of heat and possibly quality of turf that the previous home owner had installed. They did not try and sell us any unnecessary services and recommended a company to replace the turf. Nice to see a company that is professional, honest and helpful even though we didn’t end up needing their services. We will use them in the future for our turf cleaning needs.

We had Pristine Turf Cleaning come out to my parents’ house because their turf had developed a really strong odor from years of pet use. The turf was installed by the previous homeowners and had never been professionally cleaned.

Angela and Kyle came out for a consultation and were incredibly honest and upfront. After inspecting the turf, they let us know that due to its age and condition, it wasn’t something they could service effectively. Instead of trying to sell us a service that wouldn’t work, they recommended that we consider replacing the turf altogether and even provided some referrals to companies they trust.

Even though we didn’t end up getting the cleaning we had hoped for, we truly appreciated their transparency and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that leads with integrity and puts the customer’s best interest first.
