Over the years Kody has repaired water leaks, put in new sinks, replaced a water heated, put in a water softener, replaced two toilets, replaces faucets and shower heads, and a complete replumb of our water system. We woke up and had no hot water. The water heater appeared to be leaking out of the bottom, but was definitely all rusted out at the bottom. My call to Kody was answered right away, as always. He assured me he would get here that day to check it out, which he did, discovering that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. He said he had other jobs lined up the rest of that day, but he would be back as soon as those jobs were completed or first thing the next morning. He returned first thing the next morning to replace the water heater. He did an excellent job, leaving the area around the water heater cleaner than it was before he started. Kody is always so kind and professional, and promptly answers calls and questions whenever we call. Blue Crescent Plumbing, Kody and his crew are our go to guys for all our plumbing needs!!
