Wrigley's Water Works is a great company. Amazing custom Plumbing

My husband and I have used James Wrigley at Wrigleys Water Works for over 12 years - Wrigleys Water Works is the Expert. My husband is retired but was a general contractor and used Wrigleys Water Works exclusively. Whether its a leaky faucet, or full remodel Wrigleys is the best.

I have used my share of plumbers, never returning to the same one as I was not satisfied with quality, responsiveness or pricing. That was until I used James with Wrigley's Water Works. He was able to get out within 24 hours, did a great job (and cleaned up after himself) and was competitively priced. I will definitely use Wrigley's Water Works again!

I have been using Wrigley's Water Works for all my plumbing needs for many years now. James has fair pricing especially when you consider his 25+ years of experience and unmatched knowledge. He always goes above and beyond, shows up when he says he will, and always cleans up after himself. I have worked with many contractors and James is simply the best and the easiest to work with, he's the only one I continue to use time and time again. He's the real deal and takes great pride in his work. He gets plenty of word of mouth business and doesn't need to rely on reviews but he's so good I just had to come and leave him a positive review. Best value AC tune up in the Valley!

I had to call to have a furnace repair done under a home warranty. This is when I had the pleasure of meeting Tim and Eric. True professionals and going above and beyond is an understatement. Warranty or not, in the future, they will be my first call if I have the need of heat/AC or plumbing repair.

I found this company through home advisor. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they arrive but did not.The man who came what is a talker, Talked to me like I didn’t know anything maybe because I was a woman. I think he wanted to wow me with what he thought he knew about plumbing, I think I knew more. He was trying to upsell me the whole time but didn’t seem to think they could fix the problem I had. He said I would have a quote the same day or the next. Never received a quote. I wasn’t going to use them anyway, but when I called to see where the quote was nobody called me back. Very unprofessional. I would not ever use this company

They came to service my AC under my home warranty. Showed up after 5 pm, complaining how tired he was, said what’s needs to be done is not covered by warranty and rest is not his job, even though he was told his company will be paid, service needs to be done. So he left without even leaving work receipt , but this company submitted $75 service fee. So they just go around, don’t want to do anything and charge $75 in 5 min. When I called office to ask technician to come back and work on my AC , they said we are sorry you are not happy, have a good day. Homeowners beware!!!

They were amazing. I have 6 people in my family, 4 young kids and our septic tank had a clog at 6pm. They had just finished their day but drove an hour and a half to come service our house so that the next morning we had water and not sewer in our house. They were extremely affordable. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone. They helped us with our clog, empty our tanks and set us up for maintenance.

We had an emergency backup with our septic system, and Arielle was fantastic in getting someone out to help us as quickly as possible. When the issue was identified, both Arielle and Shane were incredibly helpful, professional, and made us feel like truly valued customers. This company did a great job, we have a rental property that needed the septic tank pumped and they came out within 24 hours, dug down to it and pumped it all out. Will definitely use them again in a few years when it needs it again.

Came out quickly within 30 minutes of calling we had a backup in our septic and me and my family thought we would have to wait till the next morning for someone to come out but thankfully they came and solved the issue. Shane and his uncle were great! Shane answered all my questions and was thorough to explain everything about my tank size and what went wrong. They cleared the pipe of all back up material and covered everything back up. Will definitely call back for all future septic needs. Thank you so much for the help!!
