Trevor E showed up exactly when he said he would. We were in the process of moving a travel trailer, and he kindly agreed to work around us. Our old heater hadn't drained properly, but he got it out and drained it. He worked in a professional manner and made sure that everything was in proper working order before he left.

Cannot stress how well this company worked, especially in this current economy. They answered the phone with a live person, scheduled the install for the next day, showed up on time and did it right! Dillon G. was very professional and completed the work in an efficient time and made sure I was happy with the work. Will definitely use this company again.

A water heater they installed just over a year and a half ago broke down and stopped heating water. Okay, that's fine. However, when calling them to try and fix the issue, they gave me conflicting information, making it seem like they can and then can't fix it. Someone was even rude??? If you can't fix it, I suppose it is what it is, but why make it seem like it's our fault and give attitude when you installed the water heater, you gave wrong/confusing information on what you can/can't do, and you can't even provide a proper solution or next steps? It's such a shame since we thought they'd be a great company, but you live and you learn.

This is the easiest rating I’ve ever had to do. They were A+ all the way. From pricing, ordering, delivery and installation by Trevor. I called them at 8 am to order a new water heater. By 12 pm I had it installed and working. If you are looking for a water heater, this is the company to go to.

I can not lie it was 5 STARS all the way - from start to finish! Trevor was Amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure my unit was right and I was happy! Water heater broke a few months ago on Sunday. Called them Monday morning. Had a tech out by 11:00 am. Tech said he had to run to phoenix to get my brand of water heater. I came home from work at 5:00pm to newly installed water heater and a happy family. Trevor E. Is awesome. He was quick professional and have had no issues at all since it was replaced.

My original 13 year old water heater finally took a turn and leaked causing the entire condo power to shut down. I looked up on Google for "water heaters", and found this place with a stellar review record. That goes a long ways with me. I called Seth who was in the CA office, but he was able to get me setup for a Rheem replacement that afternoon at a reasonable price. Trevor E arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. When my 30 year old gas water heater finally retired with a bang, I knew who I didn't want to call (the big box stores). I decided on your company and was happily surprised. I recommend this company and technician Dillon. The company was great from the moment I called and then very impressed with the technician Dillon. He was so professional and patient with me...explaining things to me. Even when I’d ask the same question twice, he was patient and kind about it 😊. Dillon is a great representation of the company. The company was sent out to us by Fidelity Home Warranty after our water heater blew out early Saturday morning. The maintenance closet in the garage had sustained some water damage and Trevor the technician wasn’t sure he could install a new water heater until it was repaired. My handyman lives 3 blocks away and was willing to come over later in the day to reinforce the platform that the water heater was to placed on. It’s holding a 75 gallon one with no issues now. The company refused to install the new one until we first reinforced the platform. Trevor said he wanted to make sure he was communicating all this to us. I agreed to reinforce the platform but asked could they please remove the water heater so we could do the necessary work. Trevor needed authorization and we called Fidelity to get it. Trevor said he couldn’t talk to Fidelity directly they would have to call his dispatcher. We went inside to arrange for that to occur and Trevor just got in his van and left. No COMMUNICATION - nothing. I have run a multi million dollar retail business for the last 35 years and was appalled by this action. I’m sure because we had a Home Warranty paying for this issue that they must have figured they weren’t making enough to screw with the install. Here we waited all day for someone to get to our house with no water and then they do a disappearing act. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased a new water heater from here. They came the very next day to install it. There was a manufacturers defect on part of the unit. I called them and they came out the next day and replaced the part with a better part. A couple months after that, there was another manufacturers defect. I called agayand they came out within 2 hours and replaced the entire unit. No questions asked and no cost to me. These 2 issues I had with the unit had nothing to do with this company or the technician that installed it. This is the first company I've used for plumbing/water heater issues and I have no reason to try anyone else. Great company, staff customer service and I recommend them to everyone I know. We have the best service with Water Heaters Only. Trevor installed our first heater, in 2018, and came out again today to install a second heater in the garage that was leaking. He is a great guy, and answers all questions, and had the water heater installed in no time. Thank you for remarkable service.

Dillon G. was our technician - the whole experience went exactly how we needed it to. We contacted them and within less than 24 hours we had a new water heater and were good to go. The price seemed fair considering how quickly we could get this issue resolved and that is exactly what we were looking to do. We would recommend them and would use them again.

I called at 845am that I was having problems with my water heater. After providing some details, I was told my 15yr old water heater needed to be replaced and they could do it today between 11 and 2pm. I couldn’t believe how quick I could have a new water heater. Set up the appointment and 30 mins prior to arrival the technician Don called to let me know he was on his way. Don was very professional, explained what he would do, made sure I had a bucket of water ready since my water would be off for a few hours and got to work right away. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this business.

Contacted Water Heaters Only when I had no hot water the morning of June 5, 2019. I was told a technician could arrive at my home within 2 hours and was provided a 3-hour window. Dillon was the technician who inspected my water heater. Dillon was pleasant, polite and explained in detail the issue with the old water heater. He provided an estimate for a new water heater as well as explain in detail the installation. Dillon had the new water heater installed within 2 hours and answered any questions I had during the process.
