Woke up this morning and as I went to leave for work saw water in our garage as well as living room and foyer. I didn’t know who I should call. Water Heaters Only, Inc. came up first. I read a lot of their reviews and compared to several others. I am/was impressed at all the positive and 5 Star reviews that they have ❤️👍🏻🌟❤️...I called and spoke with Bill first. He was so very nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks Bill!!! 🤗... He arranged for us to have a new water heater installed within 2 hours. Trevor E. arrived and he is the nicest, polite, efficient, organized plumber I’ve ever met. He did a great job!!! We are thankful that Water Heaters Only, Inc. cares about their customers’ needs. Water heater stopped working Sunday afternoon. Called them up and they sent out a technician the next day. Ron G showed up and inspected my water heater. After explaining the issue and giving me an estimate with the water heater. I decided to proceed with installing a new water heater. He explained step by step what he was doing and always making sure if I had question he’d be gladly answer them. He got the job done and made sure everything was nice and secure. Don S. was on-site and hard at work replacing my 20+ year time bomb with a brand new water heater within hours of my first contact with Water Heaters Only. I used to think same-day service for major installs was a thing of the past... especially without exorbitant "emergency fees" and other add-ons. If you need help fast and don't want to spend thousands more than "normal", I highly recommend this team!

My water heater quit while we were out of town. I found these folks on a Sunday night as soon as I got home, called and scheduled an appointment right then. I had absolutely no issues, Don S was great! He even adjusted our water pressure up into the recommended range-thanks Don! I would absolutely recommend this company.

Doug G. replaced the water heater at my parent's home and did an outstanding job. He took extra time to help them as they are an older couple. He was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and answered all their questions. After finishing the installation, he cleaned up and left area spotless. We highly recommend him!!

I had a great experience with this company. My water heater died and the next morning they were able to replace it which was not easy--my water heater is not readily accessible. My technician, Trevor E., did an amazing job. He had to take down some shelves to access the water heater and he put them back up for me before he left. He also had to move my dryer but hooked it back up when he was finished. Everything is working great and I highly recommend this company and Trevor!

I highly recommend this business. They were quick to respond and able to get us on the schedule quickly. Our technician, Dillon, gave me some options but we went with a replacement water heater. He was kind, professional and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied. Dillon even replaced a light bulb we couldn't reach. Thank you for doing a terrific job.

Impressive and On Point! I called once and got a friendly person on the phone right away who gave me all of the information I needed in a prompt and friendly manner. They scheduled the product + install at a very reasonable rate. Within a few days, Dillon arrived, put the tank in quickly with no problems and was VERY nice to deal with! I’m very pleased with Water Heaters Only; their super competent installer, Dillon, performed excellent work. Our old heater began leaking and needed replaced. Dillon was able to arrive only a few hours after I called. After confirming some warranty information, he drove to Phoenix to get the replacement and was back ASAP. After that, the replacement was expertly performed in only about two hours!

Don came to replace my aging water heater, arriving on time and was very polite and professional in completing the job. He also was very patient in listening and then answering my questions. Did a good job in cleaning up after also. Their pricing seemed fair compared to Home Depot and Lowes pricing. Very satisfied and will be recommending to neighbors. I needed a new water heater but not from a box store so I called Water heaters only. They were quick to respond, have a US made heater and you don't have to take it back to them for any problems. Installation went well - we found our breaker needed replacing so we had to take care of that before we knew if it actually worked. While the electrician was here he found a slight slice in the insulation of the wire in the heater so he fixed it. Not a big deal but glad he saw it. Price was comparable to what is quoted when googled. The installer was knowledgeable and courteous. All is good and we are happy with the new water heater.

The technician assigned (Junior) was Very professional, Outgoing, And knowledgeable of the product and installation procedures. Junior did an outstanding job. The new water heater looks absolutely wonderful.

Don S. was the technician sent to replace our water heater. He was polite from the initial phone call to the completion of the project. He explained all of the work he would be doing, and the reasons why these items were being addressed. Very pleased with his service.

I called Water Heaters Only (WHO) because I noticed water in the pan below the Rheem heater and WHO installed the heater 5 years ago.

WHO sent Carlos to do the inspection. He arrived as scheduled and told me that the water heater should be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he could do it immediately. He went and got the exact same model and several hours later I had a newly installed heater.
Carlos: 5 stars..but wait.
The following day I tested the water temperature: 88, while the thermostat was set at 120. The stars were fading.

Carlos came later that day and determined that the solar mixing valve and the solar input to the heater were causing the problem not the heater. I was reluctant to change anything, but after some research I finally agreed to remove the mixer and rearrange the input line.
The next morning: Solar water temperature 80; shower went to 110+, telling me Carlos was right. Carlos has a 5 star personality and is a hard working 5 star guy.

Side Note: My 6 year Rheem warranty was useless even though it was registered in my name. Rheem told me it was purchased and installed by the previous owner 3 days before we purchased the home and their warranty doesn't transfer to the new owners. Why not? Scam if you ask me. Rheem gets 0 stars.

Fresh new water heater installed today in Chandler, AZ. I called on sunday and was told Tuesday. Trevor E called this morning (Monday) a day earlier. Couple hours and we are all set. This was a proactive replacement swap out Bradford for Bradford. I didn't want to risk an outage during the holidays. All set for 6yrs!

Don brought a nice new water heater, installed it In the exact amount of time he estimated. All good.

Carlos was amazing. He was patient and explained everything throughout the entire process. I am grateful for his professionalism, honesty and sincerity.
