We woke up early as we usually do, I walked out into our garage and smelt a burning wire smell from around our water heater. Looked up a few companies and decided on Water Heaters only to get someone out to take a look at our system, this was around 7am. The receptionist said they could get someone out between 9am-Noon. Tech arrived at 0930, which my wife and I where pleasantly surprised. He showed up looked at our unit and was able to replace it on site. By 11am he had the new unit installed and old unit removed. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new water heater. 10/10

We saw a leak on Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning Dillon was here replacing our water heater. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I have used the services twice. Once for my original water heater and then for my most recent water heater that failed not due to their installation but after 5 years of water softener and Phoenix hard water it had enough. Carlos came out quickly and replaced it and worked with me and all my questions and was able to clearly answer them. He also alarmed me about water damage and checked and showed me the areas of concern. He provided advice but was not in any way pushy and I'm glad I followed his advice and had a mitigation company come and they are doing the repairs now for the water damage. This gives me peace of mind even though it does cost me more but doing things right is the way to go. Thanks Carlos for your hard work and getting me hot water back so quickly.

These guys are with the business. I have used them two times now to do liners for us in tucson, first time it was snowing (In Tucson) and they got it done with no problem in record time, second time they were at the job and finished before i got there, crazy fast with no short cuts, and there arsenal of methods to fix or repair pipes is unmatched.
