Called on the 23rd of December around 18:30 inquiring about possibly having someone come by to do a same day emergency septic pump, was told they wouldnt have anyone available that night, which is understandable. Arielle took my info to see when the next time was available, I was informed via text message that a technician could be by sometime in the later afternoon the next day and was quoted 725. I agreed, made arrangements and waited home that day for the service, around 16:00 I sent a text confirming if we were still on for the septic pumping. No one showed and nobody responded to my text. Luckily I was able to find another company that came out on Christmas, and saved me 225$. To add, I get that this was near the holidays, but these were the timeframes YOU gave ME. Ghosting potential customers and leaving people hanging I'd imagine isnt a good business practice, small family owned business or not.

In response to the owner:
I was not informed of any trucks being down. I was simply told that a technician would show up "later on in the afternoon" the following day. As a small business owner myself, taking accountability for your mistakes is how you grow, not by making excuses, gaslighting and lying on a public platform to try and maintain whatever reputation you have. Do better.

We needed an emergency service on a Sunday, and the made it happen. They responded as advertised, unlike other companies. Thank you for the fast response a good service. I recommend this company for anyone looking for emergency septic pumping service.

I’m pretty happy with the service I was provided by simply rooter and septic mesa. The weather and time did not matter to them, they came and did what they were hired to do despite the obstacles and conditions, so I highly recommend, 100% this service, and the company.

Highly recommend! Called on a Saturday in need of same day septic pumping or we would be backed up. Communication was excellent and they were to our property within a couple of hours of calling. Will use again!

Called because our septic tank was full and we were having drain problems inside the house. They came out within an hour on a Sunday. Dug up the yard at no extra cost and then Hydro jetted all of our outside lines and pumped our tank. Great friendly service. Explained the root cause of our ongoing problem and prepared an estimate we will be going back

We usually use a local septic company for our rental property’s septic system. They generally assume the septic needs to be pumped leaving the system in need of regular pumping and frequent backups.
Simply Rooter and Septic first used a camera probe to determine that built up grease and debris was the immediate problem which they promptly remedied the next day. They completed the job by locating and emptying the tank itself leaving us with a “clean” tank that, hopefully, will be problem free for some time.
We tried Simply Rooter and Septic other septic services we called had a long wait time - more than 4 days. With sewage backing up in tenants bathtubs and toilets we needed immediate attention which we received. Additionally, we were expecting a massive bill after working with the other companies, but were surprised by their inexpensive rates compared to their competitors.
Owning 4 properties with septic systems, I will be using Simply Septic and Rooter next time I need septic services.

Overcharged and did not clean my filter and caused me to have another company come out and do the job right.

Make sure you are on site because they will try to scam you. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU SEE THE JOB IS DONE

Their support staff is just the guys wife who will lie to you and make the excuse “they are a small family business”

When asked about a refund they said they have pictures that prove the job was done. These pictures were not provided. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Simply Rooter and Septic was awesome! We had a late issue with our septic on Saturday night and they were out early Sunday to help us get our tank pumped. They were fast, friendly and very reasonably priced, especially for no notice Sunday callout. I would gladly recommend them and will happily return my business to them whenever I am in need!

I had great service from this company. The installer Dillon was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. I was very pleased with the customer service, the install process and the installer answering all my questions. I would defiantly recommend them to friends or family.
