Overall, we are pleased with the results. Our patio looks awesome after the cleaning and sealing. The job was completed in a timely manner and their attention to all the details was nice to see. We were a bit frustrated with the communication - they didn't receive messages from their staff and missed an appointment to quote. Their initial quote was much less than their final quote (they said it was due to Google Earth).

We have been working with GCPW for a few 3 years now and it has been a great experience! They have done a great job with general cleanup, power washing, oil and rust stain removal. They are always easy to communicate with and do a great job. We appreciate all that you do for us! Thank you!

Recently had this company come out to clean my driveway and carport, responsive to my initial call, very good communication, booked me in quick, as well as fantastic results. Prices are very fair. Billy is very knowledgeable in his craft and very efficient. Will be who I call next time I need it done.

Had 8 30 foot tall Italian Cypress trees that had spider mites. Grand Canyon came out the next day and was able to power wash them for me. Had a huge extension for the washer that could reach up that high and washed them all for me. Excellent service, the guy Billy was a super nice guy. I also have pavers that are 15 years old and he showed me what a good power wash and seal would do for them. Going to be scheduling that soon. I highly recommend this company. 👍

Hired this company for all of our post construction clean up. Can't say enough about their attention to detail. We had a few issues with other contractors on the job but Grand Canyon Power Washing was by far the best one we had on site. Money well spent! We flip homes on a regular basis and they are the only company we will ever use after a renovation ever again!

I have worked with this company for a few years now for pressure washing and window cleaning and they do a great job. They respond quickly, work hard, and provide excellent results!

Mesa Power Wash, just finished my house...when I called I informed them that we had recieved a notice from the manager that if the cleaning was not completed we would get a formal and legal notice of non-cpmpliance. The quote they first offered was out of our limited budget, we told them we were both disabled on fixed incoms, they asked what was in our budget, we told them...they accepted...they did a OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!
I will continue to use this company for all of my Power Washing needs....

DJ & Johan did an awesome job!! Our travertine hadn’t been cleaned in years and had a horrible looking black tinge. They worked their magic & now it looks new again. They far exceeded our expectations & we’ll definitely use them again, because the price & the quality of work was excellent.

We had Rowan clean our solar panels and they found many Pigeon nests underneath, so I had them back to clean out all the nests and eggs and put in critter guard. I paid them an extra $500 dollars to bag up all the nests eggs and dead birds so my husband and I did not have to do this, which of course we could not get upon the roof but after they were finished, I was told they had removed nearly everything and bagged up 8 bags of stuff I did see pictures of the critter guard put up and it looks good. As I viewed the pictures it certainly did seem that they had done a fine job but the very next morning my husband went out to set the garbage cans out and there was a huge pile of pigeon droppings lodged behind the garbage cans as well as a great deal of it lodged along and behind the air conditioners as well as being down inside the units. This is exactually what we were paying the extra money for them not to do or have happen. my husband is 77 years old and neither he nor I can be out digging and shoveling pigeon crap up so we felt the 500 dollars extra would be worth it but that has turned out to be a waste of money since we were still left with a mess. We shoveled pigeon dropping up by the shovel full which was not fun and still have not be able to get it all from behind our air conditioners so for the extra money we were charged it was not worth it but very disappointing, If I had it to do over again, I would not hire them again. Trent is the one we dealt with, and he promised me I would not be having this very issue, or would I find any pigeon dropping around my house or especially inside my air conditioners, since this stuff is very corrosives. There was so much of it left behind the mostly empty garbage cans what my husband had to shovel up filled the empty can half full and there is still more of it left behind especially in our air conditioners. They did say their vacuum hose was not long enough to reach one of the solar panels, which apparently had a lot of pigeon nests and dropping around and under it instead of cleaning and bagging it up It appears they decided to push it off the roof but did not clean up after themselves the droppings which of course we paid them to do. Promises made but not kept. Now, we both feel we did not get our $500 dollars' worth of cleanup paid for as agreed upon with Rowan's represented Trent of whom I have called and texted and ask him to call me, but he has chosen not to I was hoping he could get this cleaned up and clean my air conditioners but since they already cashed my check, I'd say its over. So much for believing what was said about no mess being left. This is not a good way to build trust or a business, people need to trust your word and that as a business you will do what you promise and have charged people for. There are good companies and bad this one is somewhere in the middle, but my husband said he never wants them back on our property again. I can't blame him, since he's now doing the job we paid them to do.

As senior citizens we were taken advantage of over the amount paid for cleanup which we did not get. It makes me feel dumb. My fault for being trusting it used to be that a person's word was gold but not so much anymore . Thank goodness it was not the whole amount paid but certainly $500 dollars was bad enough. I am happy the critter guard is up at least they seem to have done a good job with that.

Trent was fast, reliable, and friendly. The price is reasonable and have payment plans if you need it. Everything looked amazing and haven’t heard the annoying pigeons!!
