I have been with Air Care since I bought my unit...Robert is my technician and has been since the beginning. He is very knowledgeable and goes through my maintenance checks in great detail. Thanks Robert and Air Care...if you are looking to replace your unit, give Air Care a call...

Very sloppy work. We had this company install 2 returns and provide duct cleaning service on 2 AC units. First, it was scheduled to all be done on Wednesday. Then first thing wednesday i am told that they will need to come the next day to finish. I have the flexibility to work from home as needed, but many people do not have this as an option and its just annoying. Now to the actual problems... they did not tarp everything off and the 2 rooms that had the returns installed left dust EVERYWHERE! There are dirty hand smudges all on the ceiling and walls where they worked. There are DEEP gouges on the walls. While bringing the duct cleaning machine up the stairs it banged on every step and there are 2 more DEEP gouges in the wall. They used my vacuum to clean up some of the insulation on the ground, but didn't even clean all of it up. They asked to borrow a step stool that was nearby, I let them borrow it, but they left it filthy. It was in not in perfect condition to start with, but it should have been returned in the same or better condition. The cherry on top of this fiasco is that I looked up in the attic and find out that they left all of the extra ducting for the AC return up in the attic. I'm talking about 20+ ft of left over material. I know, it's the attic and it isn't really in my way, but this just goes to show you the care and quality of work performed.

Victor came by for our yearly check up. Serviced everything and recommended a replacement of a part that was going out. He was thorough and didn’t try to over sell anything we didn’t need.

This company has been servicing our AC for 3 yrs now, and they are always professional and honest. They always call for reminders when it’s time for a check up. Highly recommend this company….

Before air cooling i had problems with heating and cooling and a large electric bill. They correct all the problems. Got me credits from SRP and many others i can't remember. It also cut my electric bill a lot. I could find the exact amount but i'm lazy but my S.W.A.G. is between 40% and 50%. Bill

Robert was absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything in simple terms, and what maintenance would be required to keep our units running efficiently. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail and how he treated our home with respect—cleaning up after himself and making sure everything was working 100% before he left. If you need AC service, request Robert as your technician!

Robert with Air Care was awesome! He thoroughly went through the unit and into the crawl space and then went through everything with me very in depth with pictures to help me really understand the unit and what it needed. Highly recommend Robert!

Since the call to ask for service, and an appointment, Sally was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me troubleshoot some things to see if we could get the air fixed without having a tech come out. The ac did not respond so she sent out a tech late at night. Robert came out and was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was careful to check the problem and ascertain what was failing. He is very personable and friendly as well as having the ability not to miss anything that might be causing a failure in the ac.

Heather took the call and was very polite and informative. She generated a service call for Robert to take an after hours call. Robert was prompt and polite. Once he identified it wasn’t an HVAC issue, he noted it was an attic fan that was failing and making loud noise. He addressed it and gave me pricing for replacement. The Air Care Cooling/Heating Team are great to work with . I highly recommend them for honest, professional and reasonably priced service needs.

Robert Lockwood was very good at explaining what needed to be done to keep my unit working at peak performance. He was quick and efficient at doing his work and the cost of the repairs where reasonable.

The AC went out and we didn't notice until 6 at night on a Saturday. Called around to at least 8 different companies, but no one was able to come out the same night until Air Care. These guys are phenomenal beginning when Sally picked up the phone. She was very thorough in getting information about the issue and address. Our technician Robert showed up faster than planned and got straight to work asking questions and verifying every detail. When he tested the capacitor, he found that it was not dead, but was out of spec. He said that it was not causing the issue, but could become one in the future. He was here, so why not have him replace it instaed of creating another call. This honesty is non-existent in most other companies. Robert found the issue quickly and verified everything he possibly could and got us up and running very fast. I have finally found my new go-to AC company (as long as Robert is our tech! 😁)!
