6 man hour move out package on a 2bed 2bath apartment for 189.00. Called me and said they need another hour for 80.00 due to the amount of work. They spent 2 hours cleaning rooms and bathroom. Shady company. Buyer beware.

This cleaning service is truly exceptional. I recently had the deep clean service and when the team was done, the house was so clean, it sparkled. I couldn’t have asked for better results. I plan to have them back on a regular basis.

Not recommended .. 8 man hours for move in empty house was not enough. They didn’t do exterior windows (I removed the screen, ground floor) they were waisting time towards the end of the quote time. They said they spent an extra hour but in fact was 30 min. I was trying to complain only over the phone but keep sending me to the voicemail.

The company offered to come in and do the remaining work and they did it with a smile and for no charge.

Townhouse is very clean. All cleaners were very upbeat and happy to be working. Nice to see that there are people who enjoy their work. I do wish that they had not moved things around in my kitchen and bathroom. I am having to find items. They forgot to plug my recliners back in.

We've had this service clean our home for five years now! We've had the same crew leader and most of the same crew members for the entire time and we have such an appreciation for the excellence with which these women do their work! We would highly recommend them!! Thank you ladies!!

They did an amazing deep clean. My house felt like staying at the St. Regis when they finished . Details included plugging in my dead razor and folding the end of the toilet paper. I can go on and on about how well and detailed their work is. I plan to hire them monthly.

Gaia has been our regular cleaning service since 2014. They are always thorough and professional, the best cleaning service we have ever experienced in Tucson. We highly recommend them!

The service was excellent. My house was in bad shape so I did have to add an additional hour to the 9 man hours. I would've given them a five but there was dust behind the TV and the arcadia door wasn't as clean as I felt it should've been. I will definitely call them again!

Every experience with the crew from Gaia has been positive. They work very hard, communicate well about the job before and after and are always positive & Cheerful!

I bought this service through Groupon. Make sure you let them know that when you try to schedule because they only accept the Groupon on certain days and times of the week.

Overall, their service was wonderful! They even cleaned my toaster! They did everything I asked them to do and more and would highly recommend their services.

The only reason I subtracted a star is because they didn't vacuum the stairs and my husband had to ask them to come back upstairs to redo the baseboards in one little area.

I am a real estate agent and used Gaia Cleaning Services to clean before I activated the listing. I am impressed with the level of communication before, during and after they did my job. I am super happy with them and will use them again!

I was very accommodating to their schedule to get a property cleaned using an online special. They fit me in within a week. Here's the problem. It was middle of the day, so I arranged childcare for my 3 month old and drove across town to meet them. I received a call about 10 minutes before the time that they would be an hour and a half late. I agreed to this, but after an hour and forty, I had to call to see what was going on. I'd been sitting in an empty house for nearly 2 hours. The manager called me, and also met me at the property, and "explained" to me how things work. He told me how "frustrating" it is for them and explained that when a previous client buys more time, they can't just leave...I said, "yes you can if you have another commitment." He actually disagreed and became condescending, telling me, "which would be more inconvenient for a client? For us to stay and finish or reschedule to come back?" Well, why do I care if that's not my property? After all this, I repeatedly said, "I don't want an explanation, because we obviously have two perspectives. I just want the house cleaned," and he actually said, "well, if you aren't agreeing with me now and we clean, what will happen when it's time to pay?" Wow. WOW. For the record, I let them clean, and of course I paid. And tipped.
UPDATE: Apparently the office called the manager about my review. He came up to me and said they shouldn't clean my house since it isn't going well and that my horrible review should be just about the cleaning. I apologized to him, I apologized to the two ladies with him who did a great job on my home, and I begged him to please clean my house. He kept saying it would be better if they left, and I finally asked if he was refusing my business because I really didn't understand what he wanted from me. I had my partner take over for me because by then I was crying, and I guess there was some miscommunication about the oven... I thought the manager had asked me about cleaning the inside of the fridge and I had said no but I guess he meant the oven and so to him it seemed like I was changing my mind. In any case, I'm adding a star for the good cleaning job they did. But I disagree that a review should be "just about the cleaning," because rude customer service from just one manager and poor scheduling played a part in this. Other interactions were friendly.

Fernanda and her team from Gaia come every two weeks and in an hour my home is spiffy clean. The team is dependable, thorough, cooperative, flexible, and the home office staff also works well with them, making it truly enjoyable to work with this organization.

The team of 4 women were 30 minutes early. They left the back door open in 100 degree weather. It became uncomfortably warm and we had flies. I have many plants and I requested they be very careful with them and put them back where they were after cleaning under them. That was not done and I had to re-pot two plants. They stated they did not do windows, only a couple of them and we had been told they would do them in and out. They moved some furniture and coveted the air conditioning ducts. My husband and I are handicapped and could not move them back.. There was dirt left on the floor from the vacuum. There were a couple of other things not put back into place. We will never use them again..

I found them on Groupon and they just came today. Let me say WOW. I'm thoroughly impressed by the work Maria and her team did. Every part of my house is clean. I loved coming home to a sparkling house. I would definitely recommend them. Booking was easy and they arrived on time.

First time having Gaia Cleaning Specialists clean our home (moving in). Michelle's Team was amazing... went above and beyond what I expected for them to do. The 3 ladies were down to earth and didnt let time pass... as soon as they arrived and stepped in our home, they got right to work. You wont be disappointed by GCS and/or Michelle's team...

I was told on the phone a house my size would need 3 people cleaning for 2.5 hours to do a full deep clean. They were 2 hours late first of all and I had to reschedule. The second time they came they said they actually wouldn't be able to clean the whole house, only the bathrooms and master bedroom and floors. Then I got a phone call that they couldn't actually do the master bedroom either. When I complained they told me my house was in poor condition - which is untrue and rude. They also broke my brand new Shark vacume and didn't even have the decency to say anything to me about it. Avoid at all costs.
