Gaia has been cleaning our home for almost 6 years. They are very thorough and always do a great job. I am always impressed by how well of a job they do. I would recommend them to anyone for a regular cleaning service.

The customer service on the phone was excellent. The very friendly woman I spoke with went above and beyond in trying to fit my elderly parents in before Thanksgiving company arrived. Communication before and after service was well done. The team of four ladies seemed to go at break-neck speed and I believe they did a good job. Only one small thing...under my mother's hospital bed in the living room, the vacuuming wasn't complete and the debris under there was noticeable (because the rest of the carpet looked great). The team was running a little behind in getting there (no big deal for us), and therefore running late to the next appointment, which is possibly why the under-bed was not completely cleaned. It was a busy day for them, I'm sure.
Over all, we are very pleased. Thank you Gaia!

The people on the phone are very professional and nice. We used them three times. For our first appointment the cleaning crew was late, the second time they didn't show up at all and we had to reschedule, and the last time they didn't show up for our 1:30pm appointment and didn't get in contact with us for another 2 hours to fix the problem. When they did clean they did a very good job, however the randomness of everything made us seek another service.

Edit: I changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars. Upon posting my review I received a call from their office and they apologized and offered to make it up to us. I really appreciate that professionalism and devotion to good customer service.

They did a beautiful job. Crew of 4 for 2 hours. My house looks immaculate ♥️

I did pick up ahead of time and removed clutter etc. so they could focus on floors and dust, and the deep clean. I’m very happy with the service. Anything skipped was as my instruction.

There were a few plants that got damaged and a few very small items out of place but nothing major.

In the future - if leaves get torn off a plant - they can go in the trash - I watched the gal trying to set the broken pieces of the plant on top of the living plant…. (Just communicate - it’s not a big deal - it’s just a plant but don’t hide things if something breaks.)

Will use them again. Thank you for the great service.

Maria and her crew were fantastic and did an amazing job in deep cleaning my home. The communication was excellent from booking, confirming, reminder, and "on my way" texts. The 3 ladies arrived on time were busy non-stop until the job was completed. Absolute no smell or residue left behind. Very polite, considerate, quiet and thorough. Looking forward to their next visit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!

I have been using Gaia Cleaning Specialists for over 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about them! My house looks amazing, the crew is crazy fast, and I know I can trust them. They are always on time, personable, and I honestly don't know what I would do with out them! They even put up with all the hay and rabbit hair from my pet bunny that sends them into sneezing fits while they clean! ;) Really just a great company with an owner that truly cares about the customers. And for me, it is super important that they are an eco-friendly company!

I have been using Gaia Cleaning Specialists for a year now and am impressed with their service. I was introduced by a Groupon and liked it so well that I signed up for monthly service. They show up on time with three people and make quick work (about 2 hours) of cleaning my 6 roomspaying close attention to baseboards, picture frames, fans and the tops of things. They are a friendly bunch and when they leave the place is spotless.

I have had Michelle and her crew clean my house a few times now. They do an amazing job! My husband and I couldn’t clean our house and achieve the same level of sparkle n shine. They are friendly, polite and very efficient. I was startled by how CLEAN everything was after initial service. They have maintained the same results on subsequent visits. Another thing- that is very important to me, is my cats do not go outside. They are very conscientious of this. It’s a relief to know you don’t have to worry about your pets when you have services being done inside your home. I highly recommend Michelle and her crew. I hired Gaia to clean my home and my parents home. My house is about 2000 sq feet but two bedrooms are totally empty. I bought 9 man hours of cleaning. My home is kept clean I just wanted a treat and things like baseboards done. Well, 3 ladies show up and say no problem to get it all done. Well, they finished 2 bedrooms and three baths along with the kitchen and said they didn’t have enough time. The last hour they were here I cleaned blinds and vacuumed myself. Keep in mind I could alone clean top to bottom in well under the 9 hours I hired them for!!! They didn’t put things back where they found them and swept poorly before mopping (with a rag). I asked if they could do my parents 2 bedroom 2 bath in the 9 hours I had booked..... I was told I would need extra time!!!! I paid for my home and told them to leave!!! A friend and I cleaned my parents house (top to bottom) in 4 hours which is 8 man hours. They said they needed 12 man hours. In looking over my home I realized they really didn’t clean that great either! Oh yeah, did I mention only 1 of the cleaners spoke any English and not very well. Communication was very difficult. They took time to fold towels in specialty folds as well as the toilet paper but managed to mop dirt into the corners of my bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

I have had them out to clean my house twice now. The attention to detail is impressive and each time they went above and beyond. Super happy with this company and would recommend them to everyone.

"Bre Crew #3" is just simply amazing! I found Gaia's Cleaning Services while looking for a move-in/move-out clean for my son. They were so incredible, I called them to replace the service I was using.
I am very picky about my cleaning and have been through a few house cleaning companies over the years. Usually, the initial clean is great, but then the quality slips and I start to see skipped areas or pooly cleaned areas on the maintenance visits.
Not this crew! Today was our second monthly maintenance cleaning and I cannot say enough about how impressed I am! The communication on the expected arrival and cleaning updates is so helpful. They treat our home like their own and take such care paying attention to the details. My husband is a wheelchair user and is home during the cleaning visits. Our team is courteous and careful to accommodate his access around the house as needed as well. If you are looking for a company that will do what they promise, give your home all the attention it needs, wnd make it a joy to come home to, this is the company to call!

Jodi was a rockstar! She was able to accommodate and come an hour earlier than I originally planned. She greeted my landlords dogs with care and was very efficient with the cleaning (it was for me to move out). My landlord came back to approve inspection and she said it looked freaking awesome!!!! I would use this company in a heart beat and request Jodi if I could! Spick and spam treatment and wonderful responsive staff!

Annie was amazing, she was very friendly, very informative and went above and beyond in paying detailed attention to all the areas that needed cleaning. She was very respectful of the property and made sure to lock up all the doors before leaving. I'll give her a 5 star for the wonderful job, the place was truly spotless!

Our cleaner was amazing but even with explaining exactly what was needed I was called several times to confirm, take pictures, and confirm again. Then after she arrived I was called again and told they weren’t aware of what needed to be done and the price would need to be raised. We said no and just have her do what she can. I will repeat Annie was amazing!
