Just moved in to a rental. There was an exposed wire that was hot and had sparked a few times. Tired of waiting on the property management and owner to solve the issue I called Proven Electrical Concepts. They were able to come out the same day to asses the situation. Marcus arrived and tested the outlets and made his diagnosis in minutes. He cut back the exposed ends of the wire and taped it up so there was no more hazard. He was very straightforward and honest with his diagnosis and assessment. I would very much recommend Proven Electrical Concepts and I will be calling them again if I have a further electrical problems.

Marcus did an exceptional job at my house! He changed out seven light fixtures for me and added a plug-in to my laundry room. His work was very thorough. I am very pleased with the completed project, and would like to thank him again for his time and care at my house!

Fantastic service. I received a call from Marcus the following morning after inquiring on the website. After discussing my requests, Marcus was onsite within an hour. He quickly diagnosed some panel and light switch issues and solved the problem via troubleshooting. Additionally, he figured out a 3 way switch and light sensor issue for my outdoor lights and got them working in short order. Fan replacement install was quick, and a Tesla wall charger in the garage was also installed. Marcus is very thorough, great to work with, and a good talk to about the problems and such. I’ll be contacting him soon to install light switch timers and new bathroom outlets. I’d highly recommend using this electrical company for repair, troubleshooting, and new installs.

Marcus was great! He has excellent communication and responsiveness when we reached out to get help repairing a few items to sell our home. He was also able to send us a detailed invoice and itemize list of things he took care of to reassure our buyers. His pricing was fair and fitting of the services he provided. I would highly recommend him!

Called Proven to add an outlet for the new EV in the garage. Marcus quickly came out to see the job and we scheduled for the following week. Showed up right on time and the job looks great. Knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable price; can't ask for anything more.

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the service I received from One Shot Services. Gabriel responded quickly and was very knowledgeable in identifying and repairing the issue I was having with the GFCI outlet (consistently shorting out) on my pool pump electrical box. I thought I was going to need to replace the entire box since the GFCI had already been replaced and the electrical box was 30+ years old. Gabriel is such an honest person and he almost insisted he troubleshoot before replacing the box. I'm glad I listened to him. Doing this, he saved me hundreds of dollars. His rate seemed fair and he will be the person I call the next time I need something out of my league done.

Our landlord contacted Gabe to fix a fan in our home in the main living area. He was very professional and friendly. He recommended the perfect fan size to accommodate high ceilings and a larger room. He came out same day to look at the issue and then the very next day to fix the fan. He was fantastic working with my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone!

Call Gabriel told him I had a small leak in my drain catch pan underneath my hot water heater. He helped me troubleshoot where it was coming from. Turns out it was the temperature and pressure relief valve. Called the 800 number for the hot water heater I had. They gave me a reference number for a free part at Lowe's. I put it in myself and it works fine. Thank you, Gabriel
