Gabriel Razo of One Shot Installation came to my house after we texted about a couple of electrical jobs I needed to handle. He is prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about electrical and plumbing projects. He changed the power cord on a GE dryer and helped set up the washer too. He also installed a new electrical outlet in the kitchen and then installed a microwave oven. He also cleaned up afterwards, priceless! Gabe's prices are fair and he stands behind his work. I'm so glad I have him as a resource for future projects! Thanks again Gabe!!

Highly Recommend Gabe to anyone needing repairs in their home! He's skilled in both electrical and plumbing which I thought was great, because that's usually two different guys, and two different appointments. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he went above and beyond coming from Phoenix to Flagstaff, and being so prompt and fast from so far away, he will be our go to guy from now on.

We're very happy with our recent water heater replacement. We had a gas leak from the old water heater and house guests coming the next day; I needed help fast! I called Gabe and he was nearby so he came out to inspect and give an estimate that night, even though it was about 7pm. He made a plan to pick up all the supplies the next morning and get to work bright and early. He gave advise on how to beat take care of the water heater and instructions on how to adjust the settings and whatnot. He was diligent, friendly, and trust worthy. He did a GREAT JOB and we are so happy we reached him that night. I know we would have paid much more with a competitor plumber company. Thank you Gabe! We look forward to working with you for future house projects.

Im very pleased with the work he did as well as the additional information he gave us for some of our concerns. I would definitely recommend One Shot to anyone who needs a “go to” guy.

Gabe is absolutely amazing!!! I found him back in 2019 when I needed work done on a dryer that wasn’t heating…fast forward to 2022 and I needed him for my dryer that wouldn’t turn on. I sent him a text last night and he was here first thing this morning. His professionalism, customer service and his willingness to teach makes him my go to guy for any and all repair/replacement needs!!! Thank you Gabe for continuing to be amazing at what you do!!!

My pool timer was causing a short and I was fortunate to find Gabe online. I read the reviews and I have to say he definitely deserves 5 stars. He was set to go out of town but was kind enough to make time to come and fix my problem. Great customer service and honest work what more can you ask for. I had previously inquired about replacing my propane water heater with Gabe at One Shot Installation. He answered all my questions and was able to remove & install my water heater with the products that I had already purchased. From the initial call to the end of the installation, this company really takes pride in their work and it truly shows. I have learned that getting a contractor to schedule with you takes weeks to months but not this outfit. They are quick in scheduling you in and they have outstanding customer service. They keep you in the loop all the way to the end. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Gabe was awesome! He installed a new dishwasher and the service was great. He was super friendly, organized, got everything done quickly and even went out of his way to fix a leakage under our kitchen sink. He even helped my husband with some car troubles. We would definitely use them again and definitely recommend Gabe!

I truly can’t say enough positive things about Gabe. It’s very difficult to come across a jack of all trades who is honest and true to his word. Gabe was able to come out the same day I called to install a gas range that the delivery drivers were unable to install (on two separate occasions) and repair a circuit breaker and several outlets. After 2 weeks without a stove, Gabe hooked it up and fixed my electrical issues all in just over an hour! He also followed up with me to ensure everything was functioning properly, which just shows how much he cares about his work and his clients. He has since helped me with plumbing issues and replaced my old kitchen faucet as well.

I need a small electrical re-wiring job completed on my front porch. I called One Shot and Dave responded promptly and completed the job satisfactorily at a reasonable price the very next day. Dave is a professional, very friendly person and would highly recommend.

Gabe was a great outgoing guy. As much as I hate having things go wrong, having someone like him in your back pocket is great. My washing machine wasn’t draining so he came out and explained everything as he took it apart showing me that the pump is still working so it was actually a communication issue with the display panel. At the end it would be cheaper to replace and he had a refurbished model ready for me. I’ll continue to use this company going forward with all my installation and repair needs.

I recently moved to the area from out of state and needed some help getting my washer and dryer installed properly. I wasn't sure who to call and not knowing anyone in the area I didn't have anyone to get a recommendation from. After a simple Google search I found One Shot Installation and Repair and I'm so thankful I called!! I called Gabe on a Sunday morning thinking I would just schedule something for later in the week but to my surprise he told me he could come the same day and within the hour for no extra charge!! I couldn't believe it!! He was able to get the washer and dryer installed and also service my dryer which I had no idea was so important. He was extremely nice and took his time and didn't rush. He also took the time to answer all my questions and did a wonderful job!! Thanks to Gabe everything is up and running properly!! I will definitely use him in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone!!

I called late on Friday night because my washer decided to not cooperate on the spin cycle, Gabriel responded immediately and I sent a short video of what my washer was doing and he immediately knew what was wrong with it. Was able to get the parts on Saturday morning and the washer was fixed by 11am Saturday. Gabriel is amazing and does great work and was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of things that will be very useful. Will be recommending him to everyone I know and will only be going with him for all my future needs. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Severely overcharged to upgrade two electrical outlets.
$640. Also I was told the smoking microwave was not due to the outlet and that I should get another microwave. The new microwave also smokes even with the "upgraded" outlet. Hmm.

Gabe, at OSI, is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and honest repairman that my husband and I have had the pleasure to do business with. He replaced our water heater vent, our bathroom vanity sink faucet and resolved all of our propane appliance issues.
We thought we had all the parts that he would need to do the repairs and discovered that we did not. Gabe went above and beyond by driving into town (60 miles round trip) to ensure that all the repairs were taken care of that day.
