I have flipped houses for a living for 15 years now so I have gotten pretty good at quickly identifying a technician that works on commission and needs to upsale Or the guy making a honest living so after a few minutes of speaking with him I felt he was trustworthy and the same results proved true at the end of the job. I recently bought a Condo style home in Sun City and needed my A/C unit to be serviced. Brad serviced my unit, recharged the freon, and cleaned my evaporator coil. Brad did a great job, and since my A/C unit is old, they will be the first company I call when its time to replace my A/C unit.

My air conditioning went out on a Saturday night! Called Brad at 5 am on a Sunday morning, he was the only company to answer the phone! He had us up and running with in 24 hours . He definitely went about and beyond !! Thank you so much Brad!

I've worked with Brad (business owner) on a number of occasions in multiple properties and the experience has always been stellar. He has fixed faulty wiring, installed 220 lines, rewired part of my homes, installed fans, lighting, etc. He's on time, returns phone calls/is accessible, and goes the extra mile for the customer. Our AC was not cooling and it was 100* outside and our home was headed in that direction. Called Brad at Dynamic Air around 5:00PM he returned my call in a few minutes, his technician, Josh arrived at 7:30 the nest morning. An hour or so later we were once again cool. I could not have asked for any better service and Josh was professional, knowledgeable and an overall good guy!.

We needed to have our entire service panel replaced due to water damage. Brad came out to assess the damage and gave us a very reasonable price and took care of all permits. What a wonderful job Brad and Pedro did and only took a couple hours to complete the job. They worked with SRP and city of Chandler and the entire panel was replaced in 3 hours. Extremely professional looking panel and all fuses labeled from the old panel were moved to the new one. Outstanding work. I have passed along their name and number to anyone in need. Brad came out at 11 on a Friday night and had our AC back up and running in less than an hour. Price was SUPER reasonable and we are so grateful he came right out to save us. We absolutely would recommend him for your AC repairs.

Brad Dowling, owner of Dynamic Air & Electric, he's our guy! To make a long story short, late last summer our A/C failed. We were told by two contractors that the unit would need to be replaced. The third contractor we contacted, Brad, questioned the replacement and said he could fix it! Instead of paying $6,500 for a full replacement, we paid Brad $220 and everything is working great. we will need replacement eventually, and because of Brad's honesty and integrity, he's our guy! What a rare Jewel to find in this day and age! Thank you!

In AZ having the A/C working is a necessity.When mine stopped working I called Dynamic Air and they immediately sent someone out to diagnose and fix my system. I was back up and running in no time. I couldn't be happier. It's nice to finally have an honest, reliable, fast A/C and electrical guy to call for service . These guys are so good I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
03/14/22 Needed an electrician right away for one of my units so immediately I thought of Brad and Dynamic Air and Electric. As always, Brad's knowledge and response time is second to none. I wouldn't even consider contacting anyone else for electrical or HVAC work. There is an integrity to his work that is rarely found in the service industry.

I highly recommend Dynamic Air and Electric, the owner Brad is very professional and a straight shooter who will tell you like it is and not try to upsell like bigger corporate outfits in the valley. I only needed a few small repairs for a couple electrical issues found during a home inspection on a property we are selling and Brad showed up the next day and took care of everything. He works valley wide which is awesome since we're moving across town and he's my electrician going forward...I got a guy now! I suggest you contact Brad if you need AC or electrical work done, you will be totally satisfied.

Brad was referred to me by my least than 1 star home warranty (in my opinion) due to my air conditioner stopped working. This turned out to be their best accomplishment (again, in my opinion). He contacted me the same day he received their notification and scheduled an appointment. When he arrived (on time) explained exactly the problem and the best solution to fix it.
From the beginning to completion Brad was on top of it all. Example, attic access presented an unforeseen challenge but Brad and his crew got it done. And to me the most impressive thing, everything was done by scheduled date.
Other than being a RESPONSIBLE person, he's personable, honest, hands-on, and presents a long-term customer service relationship.

This is the second time I've used Dynamic Air & Electrical and I couldn't be more happy. The first time I had Brad install a few additional outlets and switches to run led under cabinet lighting. Project was done correctly, quickly and very cost effective. This time I was selling a home and needed some electrical work done for the inspection report.
