Gabe with One Shot Installation responded within minutes of me texting my wiring and plumbing issues. He was at my door just over an hour later after he finished his last job. He was kind and explained everything in great detail. Fixed my wiring issue and told me the plumbing was fine, it's just the sound my new fill valve makes.. 10/10 for honesty too! I highly recommend One Shot.

One Shot was great! I had an electrical issue in my home for a bedroom that wasn’t receiving power. They were able to come out right away and address the issue. The electrician Gabe was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and as soon as he came he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue within 15-20 minutes.

Gabe was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He works in the Flagstaff area and here in the valley. We were having an issue with our dryer but couldn’t pinpoint whether the issue was the dryer or electrical. With Gabe’s service (One Shot Installation), we were able to avoid the back and forth of it’s electrical call an electrician and it’s the dryer call an appliance repair. Gabe was able to figure out what the issue was and had it diagnosed quickly and efficiently. In my case, it ended but being an issue with the load controller attached to my panel. Gabe was able to repair the issue right then and there and explained along the way what was going on. He also replaced the dryer outlet and fixed an unrelated second outlet in a different portion of the house to make it a full outlet rather than a switched outlet. I’m so glad he was available and able to come out! Gabe was very patient and answered other electrical questions we had about the house / potential upgrades! I will definitely use his services in the future for any electrical/appliance related needs. Per his card and website, he also does plumbing too!

Due to some life changes, we have a lot more laundry, and I guess our old machine took all it could and gave up the ghost. It wouldn’t get hot! I called One Shot and got Gabe.

Gabe was professional and took my info. Within 1.5 hours, the machine was diagnosed, repaired and I was given some excellent background into the venting system and how to avoid higher repair bills.

I will definitely be putting One Shot and Gabe into my phone address book for the next time an appliance or something goes haywire!

I was very impressed by Brad. He was very thorough. I couldn't be happier with my AC working.
I would suggest this company if your AC is acting up.

Didn't do the job right, we still agreed upon a price of 400.00 I paid him and 2 months later he is calling me names, claiming I didn't pay. This is so unprofessional and just right rude.

This company is fabulous; we had our AC unit stop working, they were out the next day. They fixed it, or thought they did, but something wasn't working a couple hours later. They came back that same day and fixed it and it has been working great since then. Very prompt, professional, and made it right when it wasn't perfect the first time.

Brad came out and dropped a new 220 line for our dryer. It was needed to be done quickly and he made it happen. Did nice work, and explained everything along the way. Will be using him again.

I received service the same day that I called for my house rental. My tenants are older so it was very important to get the a/c fixed quickly. The system is old so it needed additional work done which was completed the following day. The service person was thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed and he was very nice to my tenants.
