I found this company on Craigslist. The owner, Summer, shared her story in the advertisement and it was compelling enough to give them a call to check out what was going on with my pool pump. Summer answered the phone and we made a SAME DAY appointment. That alone impressed me. As soon as Summer introduced herself I felt comfortable with her. We talked about my pool pump, and she disclosed my 3 choices. Summer also talked to me about other things which I found to be very personable. I prefer to give my business to people like Summer and a self made business rather than a chain. It was a no brainer to do business with her. We made an agreement that the job would be started at 7 am the next day and it was. She started on time. A few hours later I received a short video sharing how the new pump was up and running! A couple days later, Summer followed up again to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Wow! Customer Service like this in 2024 seems VERY RARE! I would recommend Summer and by proxy her company without hesitation. Keep up the great work, Summer. You were an absolute joy to work with and I’m happy you and your family EARNED my business. Brandon and Summer are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional! I found them online to come help with my pool vacuum that hadn’t been working properly for months. They fixed it and even cleaned my pool, including adding all the necessary chemicals to get it ready for summer! I will be using them in the future for all my pool needs! Thank you both!

We needed an pretty urgent repair done for a leak in our motor on a Saturday. I called multiple pool companies and got no answers until I called B Picky. Summer answered immediately and was at my house within a couple hours. She was so friendly, I immediately felt like I was in good hands with her. She checked out the leak and gave me a price that was well below what I imagined it would cost. She went and got the parts and had it fixed the very same day. I have never encountered someone so passionate about their work. You can tell she loves what she does. B Picky Pool service was amazing! They were very friendly, family oriented, honest, and by the end of the service we were all on first name basis, felt just like family. The rates are fair for the work and time they put in. I had a very stubborn system but they never gave up and now my pool looks amazing all within 24 hours. Summer did an incredible job. We got a new filter, equipment base, the above grade pipes and valves replaced, and a much more clean and efficient routing of pipes and location of equipment. The pump that was existing works better now!!!

They are responsive, polite, and lightening fast… I believe the true measure of a business isn't how they perform when things are great, but how they handle issues as well. Happy to say B Picky excels here… I reached out because I noticed a small leak out of the top of the pool filter that had been serviced 2 days prior, called and left a voicemail advising what I noticed. Summer reached out to me within the hour and told me that she would have someone swing by in a few hours to resolve the issue! The best part was that she thanked me for reaching out and letting her know about the issue because these scenarios and open lines of communication only help the business get better and better…

In my opinion the best businesses don’t shy away from issues, they face them head on and use them as a sharpening tools to enhance their skills. Couldn’t be happier with this service so as long as I’m in AZ, I will be using them!

Hello to all my Arizona's both native and transplants alike.

So a lot's been happening these past couple of months and recently a move to another home. As you all know you move into a different home and you'll discover a whole new set of problems both good and bad. So with this home came a pool and this pool had a lot of issues, the pump, of course the pool itself and the water within the pool. Everything about this was a nightmare and yes a somewhat costly nightmare. So I had to look for someone to come in take this nightmare off my hands and make it right and make it better so I spent a lot of time online looking for someone and this couple caught my eye. When I learned a little bit about them and during talks with them, there was something about these two that made me comfortable. Folks, I'd like to introduce you all to Brandon and his lovely wife, Summer, from B PICKY POOL SERVICES.

In the back of my mind I was continuing to think about my meeting and conversations with them more like an interview, but it turned out to be sort of a friendship. These two explained everything that needed to be done while I was also voicing some concerns about what I wanted done, and believe it or not they took care of it all. Summer reassured me that after everything was said and done that I would be 100% satisfied and you know, she was absolutely right. I so much appreciate the thought and care that they put into their work and my pool is absolutely beautiful and though I know it's not the best looking pool in Arizona but for us, it is and they did it all and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

The kids enjoyed a good time this past weekend and it was a joy watching everyone having fun and cooling off. The comments that I heard from them about how clear the water is and it didn't have no smell like other pools do, that made me feel great and I thought about Brandon and Summer during the whole time that I was watching and hearing my guest talk about this.

If ever you need somebody to work on your pool whether it be the pump or the pool itself, remember this company as they are a contender for the rest of the Valley of the Sun. Brandon, thank you for all your work and Summer, you're amazing and your knowledge and skill and everything that you guys did for us was on point. Well done you two! My fellow Arizona's, in Maricopa County you do have a choice. You can go to those other big pool companies and more than likely get overcharged, or you can take a look at Be Picky Pool Services and know that you are being taken care of.
