Amazing customer service! Came out the day after contacted and got our pool from green to clean within 48 hours!

I had B Pickedy over to re do our pump filter and add a salt chlorinator. The job she did was beautiful and professional She showed up on the day she said she would, and had it done a few hours later.. She also tutored the wife on the equipment and the pool with the cicuppool salt chlorinator was clear less than a day and a half later, ready for action.
Would use them again without a second thought.

B Pickey is the 3rd pool company I have used since moving to the valley 2 years ago. The other pool companies waivered in their monthly prices, services, appts, and their word. My filters weren’t kept up, Algy was continuing to grow, they wouldn’t always show up or not even call, and the pool was over chlorinated to make up for a missed appt. I am not fluent in pool lingo but B Pickey has worked with me in every aspect of this new process. If there is any concern, they call, they educate. They make the appts, they properly chem the pool, they actually brush and net every time. They make things happen and my pool has never looked better or felt cleaner!!
I would absolutely recommend Summer and Brandon for your pool services. They make a great team and when the heat kicks in,,,,,,, you’ll want that kind of team.

Got a new pool pump installed the next day! Extremely friendly and knowledgable. Not all pool services are same. Sadly, my pool equipment started to show its age. The initial pool pump replacing tack on new jandy valve, filter clean, flapper and other things related. I'm glad there were taken care before the start of Pool season. Thank you Summer!

I have used this pool service for several years. The service is professionally done and done at the scheduled time. I am alerted to potential problems and am given a choice of purchasing the tools/supplies on my own, or have Brandon (the owner) purchase them for me. If you want fast, prompt and excellent service, these are the people to call. Summer will take your call and befor you know it they're at your door ready to go to work. My pool was falling apart and I almost let it until Brandon knocked on my door. He was straight forward. Told me what needed to be done and was very reasonable. What a beautiful job. Had it done in a week and have enjoyed it every day since. Call them, you'll be glad you did.

I inherited a pool in bad shape. I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start, so I contacted six companies.
One company never responded. Compainies two and three took days to respond. The fourth company I sent photos to and they said I needed to empty my pool and get all NEW EVERYTHING which scared me terribly 😱$$$!!! Company number five, I set an appointment with and they never showed up. And, the sixth company said they would come out in a week to look at it for a non-refundable fee. What a nightmare!!

My seventh call was to B Pickey Pool Service, who responded right away and came over the same day, walked me through what was going on, explained that I didn’t need everything all new and it was just going to take a lot of hard work, TLC and multiple visits to get it running again. They said they could help me, and I felt so relieved. They turned the pool around for me fast AND even quicker than promised! I am so fortunate to have found them.

Fantastic customer service and communication every step of the way. They were very responsive. I know very little about pools, and they took the time to educate me, which helped me decide what needed to be done now and what could wait, which was terrific. They care, are kind and personable, and their pool business knowledge is above and beyond.

We had an issue with our backwash leaking. I found B Picky on Craigslist and decided to give them a call. Summer answered and was very pleasant to talk to, and she even offered to come out the same day. She diagnosed our problem, recommended 3 solutions, and had us up and running within 2 days on a whole new filtration system! We were very pleased with the service, pricing, and most of all the results! 10/10 we would recommend!

I called B Picky and Summer answered immediately. She was helpful,enthusiastic and scheduled an appointment to change the sand in my pool filter within the week.

Summer and Brandon came to my house ready to work and got right to it. We talked about other repairs/service I needed and we scheduled more work for the next week.

These guys are great! Fun, enthusiastic and efficient. I recommend them to anyone needing pool repair or service.
