Hands down, the best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had in 40 years of home ownership. Element (Gary) is prompt, professional, and is only service that has effectively dealt with animal odors - our 8 year old carpets look almost brand new and the prices IMO were extremely reasonable for the amount of work performed. Have referred to many friends who have all shared the same outcome and feedback. Service like this is a rare commodity anymore!

Gary and his crew cleaned the tile and grout in our home and did an excellent job! When we bought this ten year old home a few months ago, the floor looked like it had never been cleaned. When Element finished, the result was amazing! The floor was a much lighter color! Lol. They also cleaned the light-colored grout to perfection. We were pleased and will use them again in the future.

We are extremely happy with the services Gary provided. Our grout had not been professionally cleaned since we moved in, and it looked it. All the dark spots are gone. The tile and grout look new again. We also had a pet odor problem on the carpeted stair landing. Gary treated the issue and cleaned the entire stairs for us. Great service and pricing. Gary was very responsive upon initial contact. He sent reminders of my appointment. He texted on his way and showed up on time. He cleaned my sofa, area rug and small chair. I was really happy with the carpet cleaning service and grout cleaning service I received at my personal property. Lets start from the beginning, I called 3 companies and Element was the only company to call me back the same day. Then I felt like he gave me a competitive quote (I work with carpet cleaners all day at work) which is important to me. He was on time for the service. He was very knowledgeable and I would use him again. I had a good experience with Element Carpet Cleaning.

Gary was fast and reliable and very competitive with pricing. He got my carpet in one room spotless. The national chain I used could not get it clean. He did an outstanding job on my carpets, area rugs and tile/grout.

Gary does a FANTASTIC job cleaning my difficult tile. I have plank tile with zero seal so it's basically like mopping cement. I can NEVER get it clean enough (pretty, but inefficient). Gary with Element Carpet Cleaning has come to my home twice now within a year and deep cleaned all of my tile. Every time, he goes above and beyond. He moves my furniture without being asked, he texts me questions if he is unsure about something, he shows up on time every time and is very pleasant to work with. My carpets were not clean, let’s leave it at that, so I was referred to Gary of Element Carpet Cleaning. This was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Gary did a great job on my carpet as well as tile/grout. We have light colored grout that has gotten dirty over the last 2 years, the grout was spotless and back to the original color when he was done. Very reasonable pricing as well. Will be having him back on a regular basis.
