Brett from Radiant Waters Pool Service And Repair ~the most reliable and trustworthy Pool Service I have yet to encounter. They handle everything from my weekly service, saltwater system, and even equipment repairs. Excellent Family owned business that actually like what they do and are very good at it!! :)

I originally gave this company a five-star review, but then had multiple problems and had a chance to see the work that was done. A few months ago, I hired Brett at Radiant Waters Pool Care for a complete plumbing replacement for my pool, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but disappointing. Since the work was done, I’ve faced multiple issues. The area above the pump started leaking shortly after and had to be repaired again. Now, I’ve discovered that a PVC joint has been leaking for some time, and instead of fixing it properly, silicone was applied on the outside of the pipe as a makeshift, temporary solution.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. The quality of work was subpar, and it seems like shortcuts were taken instead of addressing problems thoroughly. If you're considering using their services, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a more professional and reliable solution.

Bret and Radiant water’s pool service is absolutely amazing! Before he came out, two different pool companies couldn’t get our pool clear. It was so green I couldn’t use it. Then Bret shows up gets it crystal clear in a week and it’s been beautiful ever since! Bret is reliable and always shows up when he is suppose to. He’s friendly and knows his stuff. I have been taking care of my pool by myself since November 2008. I really did not know what I was doing except following the directions from local Pool places based on my water testing results. I have had a love hate relationship with my pool. I recently had the pool redone and was loving the way it looked for about 4 months then my pool took a turn for the worse. I called Brett at Radiant Waters Pool Service and Repair because I thought my issues were with the pool pump. I had a few issues going on. Brett was extremely informative and talked to me so I could understand what was going on with my pool. He was not trying to sell his service to me or sell me equipment that I did not need with a markup for him to get a profit. He tried using spare parts to fix my vacuum and explained what I needed and where he thought I could get the best price and even tried to explain how I could fix it on my own. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Brett I asked him about weekly pool maintenance and signed up that day. I do not know what I was waiting for, I have never been happier and my relationship with my pool is LOVE! I have spent so much time in my pool since Brett has been my pool guy! Brett is amazing and all I can say is Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Saved my pool! I had another company that was supposedly looking after things but I had my doubts...I called Radiant Waters and Brett was able to diagnose and fix all the issues they let lapse. Since then he has stayed on top of any problems, been very quick to respond and has kept all his prices extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Brett at Radiant Waters was very easy to work with, friendly and got my pool working better than ever. Not only was he able to quickly get a new filter installed in time for swimming season this summer. Very professional, he even took care of a few beetles he encountered outback during the installation. Will definitely continue to use his service.

I recently needed repair on my pool equipment and a co-worker highly recommend Radiant Waters Pool Service and Repair. This is who she has for weekly maintenance for the last few years.
Brett was very quick to reply to my request and schedule a visit to analyze the problem. He offered multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each option. Once I decided which option I wanted to go with, it was completed just a few days later. Pool was ‘A certain shade of green.’ Algae build-up etc…Radiant drained it for me, acid wash, the whole 9 yards… Kept in contact with me always and let me know how things were going as it was filled…returned to do chemistry checks… Also replaced my LCD screen attached to my pump… They are awesome… Subscribed to monthly service for professionalism.

So happy with the service and price offered by Radiant Pool Services. I called for service on Friday for a cracked pool filter and Brett got me scheduled quickly for repair. New filter installed, happy new customer.
