This business owner was coy/evasive about the price, pressing me to disclose more private information beforehand, which I didn't want to give away until I agreed to his quote.

After he successfully extracted my private data from me, he then immediately asserted his right to refuse service and turned me away. Now he has my name, my phone number, my address, my email, and I'm still stuck with trees that need servicing.

These other happy reviews must be fake by supportive friends and family.

UPDATE: after sharing my prospective customer experience above, the owner contacted me back in writing, threatening to sue me for leaving this review.

Next Generation Tree Care did an excellent job removing two citrus trees and grinding the stumps in my backyard. The crew was professional, courteous, and punctual. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and left my yard in great condition. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality tree care services

Can’t recommend Daniel enough! He’s taken care of pruning my two huge Museum Palo Verdes on multiple occasions. Always easy to communicate with, fair and accurate with quotes. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and it shows in his work.

Daniel Walsh, owner of Next Generation Tree Care, is the consummate professional. He, and his excellent assistant, Carlos, arrived early and finished early! It was a tough and technical tree removal job, but no match for Daniel! They were very friendly, and left the area cleaned up better than when they arrived. Oh, forgot to mention, his quote was very fair as well. Well below the competition, and he was the only one that actually came out to the site to quote. Gosh, wouldn't it be great if all contractors/professionals worked like Daniel and Next Gen Tree Care!!!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Daniel Walsh, the owner of Next Generation Tree Care. Daniel was recommended to us by our real estate agent to give us an estimate and advise on the giant eucalyptus trees at our new house.

Daniel listened to our concerns and provided his input and expertise on which trees he would prioritize trimming and remove based on their potential liability to property (ours/neighbors) and the health of the trees. Daniel provided us a proposal with reasonable rates, and we chose him over the three other bids we received and could not be happier with that decision.

When we moved forward with Daniel he kept in regular contact on the scheduling of the job, the method he would use and estimated the completion date. The trees were trimmed quickly and efficiently, and the work was completed on time, and his work and professionalism exceeded our expectations.

We are continuing to work with Daniel on future phases of our landscaping project, and I highly recommend you consider him for any size landscaping, tree removal or maintenance work.

Daniel is an incredible "Tree Doctor" as I like to refer to him as! We moved into a new home with very mature trees that needed a bit of TLC, and he knew just the right prescription for them. He not only tended to them in their current state, but gave me tips on watering and care for the future. In addition, we are getting turf installed in the area where our two large orchid trees live, and he provided additional consult and advice on how to protect the trees during the turf install. He was able to measure off the "safe zones" around each tree and went above and beyond to put simple fencing so the landscape company knew where to stop the turf (photo pictured is before turf install). He is very honest, trustworthy and only wants the best for our trees here in the desert! I feel very confident in my new home, knowing he is just a phone call away with any tree questions I have. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the service that Daniel will bring.

NextGen is Next Level. Daniel is a pro's pro. Safety, Professionalism, Knowledgeable, Craftsman. More than fair pricing and a work ethic that is like stepping back in time. I have, now had, a massive pine tree removed. It looks like it never existed. The worksite is spotless. I’m truly blessed to have found Daniel. Please make Daniel your first call. Horrible experience with Desert Mountain Pools. Hired them on to do a filter cleaning and weekly pool service. Various times after service there were still visible spots, like on the steps that looked like they were not brushed. I asked Jake if they were stains or if it would come out with the brushing and he claimed they were stains. I went out and brushed the steps and the discoloration came right off and when I asked him about it he said he must have forgotten to brush that area. A month into service and filter cleaning, Jake claimed we had an issue with our pool pump. And that it would cost us more than 1k to replace. He left the pool system running after a visit when he claimed it wasn’t working properly and it damaged one of the baskets. We ended up getting a second opinion and the new technician saw that the filter was not sealed properly and was leaking. When he opened up the filters the filters were very very dirty and did not look like they had just been cleaned just a few weeks prior. The technician fixed the leaks and the pool was functioning perfectly fine. We let Jake go at this point and requested a refund of just the filter cleaning, (not the service) but he denied that request. He claimed he did the cleaning and when asked to provide the photos he could not do so. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a pool service. They tried to take advantage of us and scam us out of over 1k. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE A SCAM! Pics of the “cleaned filters” and the basket damaged.

Jason Tidd is a remarkably hard worker. He shows up when he says he will. He treats my pool with dedication, unlike other services I have seen. He tests the water, he vacuums the pool, he applies chemicals as needed. I watch him to this myself. He is not a “skim and go pool guy”.

Jason has been a great help keeping my pool crystal clear. If you’re looking to never have to worry about your pool again give him a call. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Called them out to repair a pool light, they were half the price and twice as fast as the other two companies I had out to bid my project. Even had them acid wash the pool and clean out the filters. Very happy with the service.
