Disappointed in the services received. Living Water Pool bought the prior company I had been using with zero issues for four years. In one month Living Water cost me an additional $140+ to correct their mistakes. Sadly, it seemed Carlo did not care.
My spa was drained due to needed repair and they decided to fill it without permission? Ok fine could have asked us but easy enough to drain again (just extra money on our water bill) then they proceeded to completely change the schedule on my pump from day hours to night hours? Not sure why, never asked us, just came to our home and decided they wanted to change things and make decisions without involving the home owner?
Reached out to Carlo (I believe the owner) about the spa, didn't get an apology or even show any concern just sent his worker back out. When I noticed the pump had been changed without my request or knowledge I had contacted him again to cancel, when explaining my issues again no apology no empathy no concern just "ok you've been canceled". It's crazy that I can be with the same company for four years with no issues and in the first month of Living Water managing my pool it's been issues weekly. I had to pay a new pool company to come out and correct the pump and to replace a broken pressure gauge that Living Water didn't tell us about. The last two workers they had out also seem to have little respect for our property. They emptied the skimmer and vacuum into my grass and onto the decking instead of into the trash? When one of them came back to drain the spa they wrongfully filled they just said "well it was empty" in response to why did you fill it? It seems overall they have pretty good reviews so I guess I'm a one off issue but the lack of customer service for a newly acquired customer really was the deciding factor for me to no longer proceed with Living Water Pools

Brett did a spectacular and professional job draining my pool, cleaning it and refilling it, replacing the filters, and a couple of broken cleaners and caps. Highly recommend.

Tried calling, tried texting numerous times. If you can't handle another job let people know. It's disrespectful to avoid a convo Amigo. Just be truthful if you are busy and the robo texting isn't working for you anymore. We will find another pool guy.
