Very polite and professional. Answer all my questions and concerns. Left me with a positive feeling about my choice of shade. If anything I'd would have like was a shorter time frame for custom sizing of frames the for shade. I understand it depends on the demand at time of services. It's just would I would have like 😁

Had issues originally with where they connected the cord but they came out the next day and fixed what I wasn’t liking . Great customer service and very fast !
