Given the total cost of the project, approximately $3,150, we expected your company to conduct a thorough evaluation of the issue, rather than prematurely concluding it was purely aesthetic. The problem's root cause could be related to the materials used or the installation process.

Any concerns regarding seasonal shifting affecting the quality of the solar screens should be addressed by adhering to the warranty terms established with the customer in advance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

It became apparent during the sales presentation that the primary focus remained on promoting the product and business objectives, which unfortunately did not align with the key priorities and requirements we had outlined.

Furthermore, our concern regarding the wrinkled screen, which was in a prominent location (front of the house) and is clearly visible in the provided photographs, was not adequately addressed.

This lack of attention to our stated concerns and the aesthetic issue, which we assume is a quality control matter, leads us to question the company's commitment to addressing client requirements and maintaining product quality.

For an emerging company, ensuring that such issues are thoroughly reviewed and resolved is crucial for building client confidence and a strong reputation.

Rather than addressing the identified concerns, Vivid Services LLC is actively defending its inaction on this matter.

Warning: AVOID VIVID SERVICES LLC!!! Our dealings with them were incredibly frustrating and problematic.

Our experience with Vivid Services LLC was exceptionally poor; they were unresponsive and unreliable, leading to significant issues we strongly advise others to avoid.

A wrinkled solar screen is generally a sign of poor quality, improper installation, mishandling, or degradation, rather than a normal aesthetic. It may also indicate a functional issue that could potentially compromise the screen’s effectiveness.

We were informed about the warranty before we signed up with them; however, it was not clearly explained that coverage for defects deemed 'aesthetic' in their view would not be addressed until after the first year, once the initial warranty period has elapsed.

Evans and his team crushed it. Super easy to work with, excellent communication, and the lights came out looking awesome. Clean lines, perfect spacing, and it completely changed the look of our house at night.

What I really liked is that it’s totally hands-off. They handle the install, any fixes, takedown, and even storage, which makes the whole thing effortless. The crew was on time, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Highly recommend if you want great-looking lights without the hassle.

Every thing was fine until I text Evan that he missed our biggest window in the home. Our master bedroom has 3 panes along with the sun screen. Not a big deal but he’s not concerned about fixing the issue even after I paid $447.00 that includes the $40 tip as well. So after all the denial and I’m not important anymore he says he’s too busy to make this right and I would have to wait 2 weeks until he can fit me in his schedule. I don’t think that is acceptable and the customer needs to be taken care of. I also offered him to come this weekend but told me he doesn’t work weekends. I believe he new at washing windows and he’s always referring to we but I believe he’s a one man show. Copied his text.

I shouldn't have to wait for you to finish the job. You should finish the job in a timely manner because you already got paid. I don't want a six dollar refund, but if it doesn't get done in a timely manner, you won't like my review. His reply.

I feel like that's extremely rude we are a small company I don't have the man power to get out there that quickly. Especially after I gave you tabs for free after you told me to charge you.

I didn't rush you to pay for the job so you wouldn't notice anything. I actually tried to even leave and just send an invoice so you had time to review.

If you feel that we have done you so terribly wrong you have to leave an awful review. Then so be it. I will still be out there as soon as we have time either way because that's who we are. So if this is something you want to hire as a window cleaner so be it.

First time, didn’t think they would come out that fast, but literally made appointment and next day very pleased with their work and honesty! Love the idea of my trashes being cleaned !!!

Omg! I’ve always saw ads on social media for garbage cleaning. I definitely needed it being a single woman!!! Top tier! My fans literally have been cleaned and deodorized! They even moved them to the gate from the road afterwards.

I give them for the quality of work, but leave out the 1 star for communication. Saw their ad on IG, I asked to be contacted for service and the next day they just showed up unannounced. The did great work and I was pleased with the out come but I then get a email asking for payment 2 months later with the invoice saying "past due" in red letters. No prior email asking for payment, no phone call, nothing in the mail. I would recommend that your social media team and billing dept maybe communicate a little better on this kind of stuff.

After my service from Super Bin Wash was completed. I returned home from work to find an old plastic bag that I know was stuck to the bottom of my garbage can laying in my driveway. As I opened my newly cleaned trash can I found the bottom of the can still full of water. I had to turn my cans over and let them dry overnight before using them. It’s petty I admit but there is a reason I paid for the service and that is so I did not have to do that.
Outside of that I am thoroughly impressed with how brand new my cans do look and the clean smell coming from them. I still will use there service again

Danny came out same day on a Saturday after I explained how horribly our trash smelled. The service was great and so was the job. We signed up for quarterly cleanings.

I did this for my mom and the bins look so clean and fresh. Will definitely book for myself. Staff is amazing to work with.

Super Bin Wash is a game-changer!
They showed up on time, were super professional, and left our trash bins looking (and smelling) brand new. I didn’t realize how bad they had gotten until after the cleaning — now they’re spotless and fresh. Highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to keep their home clean and odor-free. Worth every penny!

Never knew a service like this ever existed. Now my bins look new inside and out and they smell so nice now! Just moved in and I inherited these bins from the previous homeowner and they were very dingy! Tried to have them replaced by our scavenger but was charging me too much for new ones! Love that they even use their own water from their truck and their pressure washer. My bins were cleaned, sanitized, degreased, and deodorized! Thank you so much!

The gentleman that came was absolutely amazing. He was super polite and he did an amazing job. I never thought a trash can could smell and look so good! I will definitely be continuing with their services and recommending them.

I expected my trash bins to be cleaner. But it looks like it was barely sprayed down. There’s still stuff at the bottom and sides of the trash cans. Spent like 2 minutes trying to clean them and left. Not doing this again.

Response time was amazing, we got to watch the process from our house (kids loved it!) and when I say these guys are THOROUGH…. Whoa!!!! They left the bins steamed, deodorized & spotless!!! Cost was super reasonable & contactless!

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. They stuck their advertising sticker on my garbage bin, and now I can't remove it without leaving a mess of glue behind. I called and asked them to come and remove the sticker, but they never showed up. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Super Bin Wash did a great job on our trash cans! Our trash bins were really bad. Super Bin was cleaned them up and put some deodorizer in them. We will definitely use Super Bin Wash again!
