Pink Dolphin Pool Care has been servicing our pool for years and has always done only what was necessary at the time of service. They are professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable and at a fair price. I am extremely happy with all they have done for me and I highly recommend them.

Very unhappy with service over the past 2 years (2020 thru 2021). Used Pink Dolphin to service 2 of my rental houses. Since Covid, they never supplied chlorine tablets yet charged an extra $10 per month for the extra cost of chlorine. I supplied keys for all gates yet when they had to switch the person that was servicing the houses, they could not get in and would not service. I was never notified and therefore pool turned immediately green after 3 weeks of non service. When I confronted "Ashley", I was told it's better that we just stop servicing. I requested my money back from the non service weeks and stopped even getting acknowledged from anyone at Pink Dolphin. It's just not the same service company that was offered when this company first started. The newer buyers that purchased the company a couple of years ago do not live up to the same service standards that I originally signed up for. This is an expensive service not to be given chlorine tablets. The liquid chlorine evaporates so quickly during the summer that you will be at a 0 PH level by the time the service the pool again the following week. That being the case, you need to hope service is never delayed or skipped. I would not recommend this company to anyone as there are plenty of other options who can send you detailed weekly reports and who offer to service with chlorine tablets. I feel Pink Dolphin is trying to pull as much profit as they can with each serviced house that they will cut corners to save time and money. Just beware of what you are receiving for service with Pink Dolphin!

*** UPDATE*** Sorry if $100 per month is "cheap" as I expect that I would at least get service that I am paying for. All repairs were made on the pool and equipment and there was NEVER a time that I turned down repairing any part of the pool (just maybe through Pink Dolphin doing the service every time). You can say what you want but I have plenty of documentation to support what I say. The whole reason to have pool service on a rental is to make sure the pool is not messed up and to say that I'm too "cheap" to fix or service it correctly is completely inaccurate on your part. If I could only do more to inform more customers to beware... If $100 was $20 less than everyone else, I don't deserve to have any less of a service level because my $100 is not worth your time. I've used Pink Dolphin since 2013 and it's only with the newer owners that took over the business that I seem to have a problem being too "cheap". I guess it's true, you get what you pay for! And note, just because you can't get chlorine tablets from 1 place, doesn't mean they are not available. Try Leslie's as they have plenty to sell pool companies like yourself.

Steve and his team at Pink Dolphin are by far the most professional and ethical pool service company I have found; and believe me I have gone through several. Being an owner of a rental property is hard in itself, add to it the fact that we don't live in the Phoenix area and it makes it even harder especially when it comes to trusting repair and/or service companies. However, with Pink Dolphin that worry is taken away. They are there when they say they will be, their pricing is beyond reasonable and they keep you up-to-date with everything that is going on, including any issues they come across. I also love the fact that they will take and send you pictures!! Thank you Pink Dolphin for taking the pool burden off my hands!!

Our pool suddenly changed from crystal clear to green over the weekend. We emailed Pink Dolphin and left them a voicemail. Shortly after they opened up on Monday, the owner called and said they would be at the property immediately. Upon arrival, the tech knew that something wasn’t right so he called to get approval to add chemicals and do a shock treatment. Upon further investigation, he found out too that a part needed to be ordered. Look forward to getting the part installed so we can have our pool back to normal. Ashley is very communicative, friendly and runs her staff to accommodate her customers like us. Thank you Ashely.

First, the communication from them was great. It's a subtle customer service skill forgotten. I knew what was going on, there were no surprises. They did great work. Reasonably priced. I had them replace my old sand filter with a new cartridge system. I would recommend switching to one and have Pink Dolphin install it

Great team of individuals. From the office to the techs.. They all know what they are doing and eager to help and make sure each question is answered with care. I'm very happy with the service they provide. Everyone is friendly and personable. They maintain my pool on a weekly basis cleaning debris and adding product as needed. I recently had my pool drained, cleaned and filters changed. The tech was very helpful with putting guards back on at the bottom of the pool without hesitation.

My old pool guy retired so I had to find a new pool guy. I called a lot of different companies and Pink Dolphin Pool Care meet all my needs. Glad I was able to find you guys.

We own a home in Glendale, AZ. As snowbirds from the Midwest, we had gone through a handful of pool care services before finding an honest, reliable, and professional service. Before discovering Pink Dolphin, we had the misfortune of being billed for people who didn't show up, services that were never rendered, over chlorination, and just plain taken advantage of.

Steve, at Pink Dolphin, has been our pool (and equipment) savior for more than three years now. With his vast knowledge of the business, he pays close attention to our water quality, chemical content, filtration, motor, and heating. He maintains a calendar and services our filter to keep it in top notch running condition leaving us worry free. He does all this at a very reasonable price.

Overall, nice people, but just a general lack of a good customer experience. When I first hired them, based on my own needs, I asked for open lines of communication. That is, being advised by the technician when that individual was on their way and when they would arrive, etc. Not only did they not communicate, they did not bother to inform me when service was completed, which left me guessing if service was even completed that I had already paid for. On top of that, given the poor experience with a lack of communication, they did ask for more money for some services that other pool companies either include in their pricing or ask less money for. When I finally made the decision to go elsewhere, I requested to complete out service for the current month given I had already pre-paid, but instead, they up and dropped me on a dime without any confirmation from me whatsoever. It was almost like they wanted out of the relationship. Mind you, I did not complain or make threats or not pay, etc. I merely insisted that they communicate better, and this was how I was treated. Not impressed.

I hired this pool company to clean my tiles and I regret that I did. The tile was not cleaned properly the first time. I sent them pictures and they agreed it was not up to their standard! They asked for another chance and I agreed to let them come back to look at the tile to see how they could rectify the situation. Well, it looks like they put blue paint everywhere! My tiles look ruined and so does my pool deck. The worst part is that they aren’t returning our calls or emails! Very unprofessional! I even gave them a warning about posting negative reviews if I don’t hear back from them. I gave them several chances to make this right! I even thought well maybe it’s the type of cleaner they used and tried to scrub it off myself. No luck! The lack of response says everything!

I have been using Pink Dolphin for sometime now and they have always given me great service the technician Steven does an excellent job taking care of our pool they’ve also done some major repairs like variable speed motor on the pump and have replaced the filter they have Competitive and fair prices and their office staff is excellent. I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs. If you’re not using Pink Dolphin then you’re probably getting ripped off.

We used Pink Dolphin Pool Care for some repair work that we needed. We just bought a home and knew nothing about pools. The guy that came out was knowledgeable, friendly and fixed our issues on the spot. We were happy with services and will be using them again in the future.

We hired Steve and Pink Dolphin Pool Care on blind luck in a rush to complete an out of state move converting our home into a rental property. Naturally, we were very concerned about turning over the maintenance and repair of a new rental property being out of state owners. Almost three years later we are completely satisfied with both the routine service and some very extensive repairs that Pink Dolphin has completed both timely and professionally. I am excited to tell you that choosing to contract with Pink Dolphin to manage your pool care is a wise choice. We were very lucky choosing Steve and his team and you will benefit from their experience and reasonable rates - even with the BIG stuff. We love them.

I live in north Peoria, AZ and just used Pink Dolphin for my first ever pool repair. I dealt with Steve and Mike and both guys were personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were out within two days to replace my old pool filter and had the new one installed in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again for any future pool issues. This is one of those businesses where it definitely pays to buy locally!

Other pool service company should model the service, professionalism, honesty and fair pricing Pink Dolphin offers their customers. I needed service like yesterday since I procrastinated too long on caring for my pool. Had leaks on my plumbing and pool filter drain plug, as well as other issues. Steve had a technician come to the rescue in a couple of days. Placed a bid and completed the repair the next business day. I couldn't be any happier with the result!
