Dolphin has been taking care of my family pool for almost a year now and I'm glad I chose them. Our pool boy has been attentive and friendly. Anytime we have an issue with our pool not running correctly they immediately pick up the phone and get a maintenance guy out. We always recommend pink dolphin in the west valley.

Before using this company my family and I didn’t spend much time in our yard because the pool was always turning green. We tried a few companies out but Pink Dolphin has been the most consistent. Pink Dolphin did a fantastic job and was extremely reasonably priced compared to the competition. We bought a new house and noticed the pool began to turn a couple months after moving in. Pink Dolphin was able to schedule a convenient appointment quicker than the other 2 companies I had called and they had better online reviews too. The technicians that arrived took the time to walk me through the equipment and labeled all the pool feature valves for me in addition to a thorough filter cleaning and servicing. Within 24 hours, all was back to sparking blue! These folks are great - no unnecessary up-selling, just friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to earn your business!

I’ve been with Pink Dolphine for the last 6 months. They have done amazing work for me, maintaining my pool. They did great during winter and stayed on top of everything through this summer. I've been using Pink Dolphin Pool Care for years. I hired them after my previous pool service provider stopped showing up on time and would change the day he came frequently. My experience with Pink Dolphin Pool Care has been amazing! They are professional and dependable. I've never had an issue in dealing with this company. They do what they say they will do, and for the price they said they would do it for. They do not nickel and dime you. Steve is just an all around nice guy. Any time I've emailed or called him with a question, he's been quick to respond. They service my pool and spa weekly. They leave a note with exactly what was done each visit. If they notice an issue, they proactively reach out to you. If they can't directly fix the issue, they refer you to someone they trust to get the job done right (this would be rare as they do just about EVERYTHING pool related.

Unfortunately I am moving to the east valley and they do not service that part of town. If they ever do, I won't hesitate to hire them again.

We have been using Pink Dolphin for our pool service for a little over a year now. We've tried other companies and had so much trouble with communication, price increases, etc. Pink Dolphin is by far the most customer-focused company and we have appreciated them communicating with us about any repairs needed and the fact that they provide options for how to do those repairs, usually with multiple choices. They are amazing about payment plans for bigger repairs, and even allow for moving payment date as needed to align with payday. They clean well and are thorough. The communication and ease of use is really what makes them stand out though, as they truly do what is best and needed for the customers.

I was shopping around for pool companies for service and came across Pink Dolphin. I can NOT say enough how great they are to work with. After calling a couple places, I felt as if nobody wanted any business and if they did, it was about the dollar. Ashley at Pink Dolphin is phenomenal and this might be an understatement. The best part besides their service is the communication and quick responses (even after hours). In today's world, there are to many AVERAGE businesses, businesses whom do not listen to my wants and needs but Pink Dolphin gave me 100% honest recommendations and gave me options of what I could do. They sent pictures of the project and how it is going (I live 1,700 miles away). I am "that" person that only writes either good or bad reviews, I don't do "Average". I would recommend Pink Dolphin to anyone. Anyone that would give them under a 5 Star is probably a Karen whom is never happy with anything.

Pink Dolphin has been awesome. They always show up as scheduled, work quietly and then be on their way. Within an hour I get a full report of their visit complete with pictures. It’s great since I’m in and out of town frequently. A company you can trust!

Pink dolphin has been a great to work with, They show up when they are should be and keep you will informed about the health of your pool. Their repair pricing was also very reasonable and the repairs where made in a very timely manner. would recommend them to anyone who asked.

We needed a pool rail installed and I reached out to Ashley at Pink Dolphin Pools to get a quote, after checking a few others they were the best price. Working with Ashley we had it schedule for today, Dillion arrived on time and was very pleasant- help me with the location for the rail explained what had to do and how long it would take, he showed my husband and I a couple of things about the we didn't know. It took him about 2 and a half hours to install the railing said not to use for at least 24 hours.Both Ashley and Dillion made the whole project run smoothly. Both were very easy to work with, I highly recommend Pink Dolphin Pools, very good service.

I changed to Pink Dolphin and my pool turned green in a little over a week. The cleaner didn’t show up, so their technician cleaned the pool. The technician, trying to fix my self cleaning system, actually turned it off. When they came back to clean in again, they “shocked” the pool by throwing a lot of chemicals in the corner of my pool. Days later it was still not clean because the technician kept managing to turn my cleaning system off when he was trying to program it. I will say that I did like the receptionist. She was always kind and very helpful, but the other workers were incompetent.

Ashley was great to deal with. She listened to my problem and presented solutions. The Pink Dolphin tech showed up when promised and did an excellent job.

We have used this pool service since we built the pool , almost 5 yrs ago. We were only in AZ part time so every week of service we received a pic and report on how the pool was doing and of any issues. If there was issues all I had to do was call for service. This met a lot to us as we were on the east coast during the summer months.

Pink Dolphin just finished a full equipment pad rebuild for us, including a new filter, valves, chlorinator, and all new plumbing. We are beyond satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone in Peoria. They are professionals on every level—the quality of the work and the products they installed are top-tier. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and their pricing was very competitive. If you want the job done right the first time, call these guys.

I scheduled a pool filter cleaning with triton pools based on their amazing reviews! Troy came out for a quote and was so helpful with explaining some other issues noticed and Jordan came for the filter cleaning and was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable, kind, and did a fantastic job cleaning our cartridge filter! Would hire again for any pool needs & next filter cleaning. Thank you!!

Update: Triton sent out our original tech to take another look at the pump.I appreciate that they wanted to make it right. Travis went over what he suspected might be the issue and took the pump apart again, trying to get the seal correct. After working on it for a while, he discovered what was most likely causing the on going problem and let me know. Came out early the next day to replace the piece that was most likely causing the issue and got the pump up and running drip free. Also answered questions and adjusted our pump schedule. I am happy with the outcome and appreciate that Triton came back to fix our issue.

Maybe our expectations were too high or we just had a one off experience. We contacted Triton after researching pool companies and seeing all the 5 star reviews. We have a 5 year old Pentair pump that had started to leak. Scheduled our appointment for a Monday, Monday came and we were notified that because of a transportation issue, the tech would need to reschedule for Tuesday. Tuesday was less convenient for us, but we understand things happen so okay, we need it fixed. Tech came out on Tuesday, diagnosed the issue as being our seals and plate, $800 to fix and it could be done that Thursday. Thursday, a different tech comes out starts job, but is unable to finish it due to receiving wrong parts, needs to come back Friday. Okay, slightly disappointing but again things happen. Friday tech comes to finish it, we’re told it’s a “50/50” chance this $800 fix will actually fix the problem. Turns out it didn’t. Pump leaks less, but is still leaking. Told there is no guarantee on how long this “fix” will last and that our next step would be to replace the pump, with credit from the repair if we decide to replace it right now. We paid $800 to have a leak turn into a smaller leak. 🙁
