Horizon did a fantastic clean on my carpets at my dental practice. They were on time, finished in a timely manner and very thorough. I would recommend to colleagues and personal friends.

I love these guys, they come out right away (usually next day when I call) and do a fantastic job. I always wondered why stains would come back and they educated me on why that happens and guaranteed it would not happen with them! How awesome was that, they also take credit cards for payment which others I have used it the past did not. Also check out their website to see how to get stains out when you have small accidents and do not want to have all carpets cleaned when you spill red wine.

I have been using Horizon for years and they are superb. Occasionally I used another service because of the outrageous come-on prices. Then I went back to Horizon where I get good service, my carpets look great for weeks to come and the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use Horizon.

Great work!! I had my red 4 piece sectional (couch) cleaned and it looks and smells like new. This is the 3rd time I have them clean my couch and the quality and detail are always Great. I am definitely hiring them for more services in the near future. Thank You

I just moved into a new house, and did not realize until one day during mid-day with the blinds open just how unevenly dirty the carpet was, so the first thing I did was call Adam at Horizon. He was very accomodating in getting me an appointment that fit into my hectic moving shcedule. He also emailed me a detailed invoice so I knew exactly what to expect, I greatly appreciate having that in writing.

My appointment was today, and Greg came out right on time, even called me before coming out to let know when I could expect him (luckily so, as I had completely passed out on the sofa). Speaking of the sofa, he did a great job cleaning it, as well as an upholstered arm chair. In addition to my furniture Greg cleaned 4 rooms of carpet, which also looked awesome. He was very detailed and my house smells so fresh and so clean, clean :)

This company did an amazing job. The service representative informed me of every step he was taking. This original tile and grout is in a Sun City home. He was able to give the white tiles new life and brought the black grout back to grey. Cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service.

Horizon recently power stretched and shampooed the carpet in my Peoria home. The estimate was accurate, the gentleman who did the work was pleasant and efficient and did a great job. The carpets look very good; the job was completed to our satisfaction and dried within the time frame given.

I love this company and how professional they are! They cleaned our carpets and couches several times and even got stains out that I thought would never come out! They saved the carpet at our apartment and have cleaned our “kid couch” which gets nasty looking several times making it look brand new! Thank you so much for your efficiency and professionalism and I look forward to using you in the future!

This company was called out to our new home because construction broke a window in our bedroom and still glass in the carpet on final walk through. I didn't catch out servicemans name. I wish I did. He was super nice and courteous. Did an excellent job getting the glass out and steamed up the carpet real nice too. Can't wait to use them in the future when needed for our new home!

I found Horizon Carpet Carpet Upholstery Tile in a circular by Angie's list advertizing carpet repair. I had a piece of carpet that my dogs had chewed up. I received a quote based on my description over the phone and to my delight the final bill was exactly what I was quoted on the phone! These guys are good and fast! The service person showed up and was not only able to assess the repair but completed it on the same visit. He was fast, professional, and friendly. The customer service was great at setting up a time, and even though I wasn't on time, they were! I was totally shocked that when they said 2pm, they showed up promptly. Overall excellent service, I will be using them to clean the carpet in my house!

I had never used Horizon carpet services before so, when the gentleman who answered the phone help me get a feel about what to expect, I was Immediately put at ease. Mike was my tech. and he was GREAT! He took his time, he was very through and respectable. The million dollar question is: >would I use Horizon again?
